  Great hideaway hotel tucked just far enough away from the busy tourist area to feel secluded and peaceful! Wonderful staff, great views, perfect location! The newly renovated rooms are a knockout for sure!

  First of all, Google Maps shows the hotel as being right behind the restaurant which it is not. The hotel behind the restaurant is supposedly a Best Western Sure Stay. The Revere Inn & Suites hotel is up the hill a bit. The hotel is in good shape and undergoing renovation as it is a little dated. Not a big deal but, this should appear on the Best Western site. The construction crew should be instructed to park their trailers so they don't block driving up to the entrance. There is NO full breakfast as advertised on the Best Western site. In fact, it is somewhat less than even a continental breakfast. The yogurt machine with toppings was there but inoperative/empty. The night staff is very friendly and helpful. If you ask a day clerk about breakfast. The, the clerk says she has no idea of what is going on. For the price, it is a good deal.

  Had a bad experience with the customer service was raciest and Judgmental and made me and wife uncomfortable and unwelcome

  The only thing I would change is the hot tub we have stayed there a lot in the past but was upset that the hot tub was no longer there
