When our other hotel fell through, the staff were able to get us a room right on the spot. The rooms were surprisingly clean but a bit dated. The breakfast provided was amazing! The indoor pool was very clean and very well maintained. The only two things that kept me from giving this hotel a 5-Star rating were: 1) The hotel was advertised as having a pool and spa (hot tub). After checking in, we noted that the hot tub was gone. Staff revealed that a busted pipe resulted in its removal. Best Wester really need to add this back in!! 2) Compare to today's standards, this hotel felt dated. If Best Western was to give this hotel a remodel, the hotel would be absolutely perfect!
