They had a worker come to make sure that the heat did work all to find out it did not. They asked me to call downstairs from my phone to let them know if the heat did actually come on eventually.No accommodations were given even after knowing all of this. Customer service should have made our stay more comfortable.
- RKR KOct 6, 20253.0Unfortunately the suite I rented for 2 days had carpeting that has probably never been washed. My white socks collected so much muck which made them black from the bottom. The kitchen was alright and all the basics were there- a good sized fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, basic tea cups, plates and silverware but no pots and pans. They had kitchen towels and kitchen paper, dishwashing soap etc. the bathroom was split into two, the sink located in the main bedroom which was not very convenient for me coz my husband had to go to work early and I still wanted to sleep in. He had to get ready so the light and the water woke me up. The toilet and bathtub were separate. The bathtub was very slippery. Thank hod they had a handicap rail that I could hold on to. The ceiling of the bathroom was wet with evidence of previous leaks and some mold growing on the ceiling. We had chosen to stay at this place due to distance from my husband’s work and location was good coz it has eating places around it and Costco at walking distance. The building looks great from outside but I was disappointed at the upkeep and maintenance inside the suite. However, they did give us extra time to check out after refusing once. The breakfast was good. They offered everything from cereals, breads, pastries, fruits- both cut up and whole, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles to yogurt, juices, tea and coffee .
