- SMSherry Marker1 day ago1.0We have had much better experiences at Holiday inn Expresses. Front desk gal was Not friendly and wouldn't even look up as we passed by while unloading. The refrigerator in the room needs replaced. It made such a disturbing noise that we got very little sleep. The toilet never stopped running when flushed until we took the back off and moved the float. The TV can only be seen from one of the two beds because the closet sticks out so far. Rooms could definitely be updated to get rid of the old carpet. That's a lot of things wrong for what we paid for a short over night stay.

- ZSZach StewartMar 22, 20263.0Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. It was still fully stocked despite me showing up shortly before breakfast ended. Holiday Inn breakfasts are my favorite. And the service was great service from the front desk and the breakfast staff. The reason for 3 stars is that the building could use some work. The hallways were dingy, my TV remote was not very clean, and the elevator was sketchy at best. But the beds were clean and comfortable and the room was overall very clean.
- JJJenkins10930Mar 8, 20263.0I'm not from the area so finding it off the turnpike at night was difficult and a bit round about. The staff was very nice as usual. They had a power outage some point before I got there so there were some problems with no power in the rooms. They got me moved to one with power though. The water, also, wasn't very hot. But I assume that has to do with a hotel using it all without power to keep the water hot. I was there for bed anyway so it wasn't a very big deal. Breakfast as usual was pretty good. I'd stay here again if I was passing through.
