- KPKelsey PlatoDec 21, 20251.0I’ll start with the positives: the location is great and the breakfast was good. Now, everything else was a different story. When we arrived it was difficult to find hidden behind another hotel with no signs. The parking lot was all torn up. When we walked in the staff at the desk was less than welcoming because we had arrived before our official check in time. Which I can understand our room may not be ready but you don’t have to be rude to your guests for asking. This was also the worst sleep I’ve ever gotten in a hotel. The bed was hard as a rock and my hips hurt from flipping from one side to the other trying to get comfortable. The mattress protector has all sorts of mysterious stains all over it. The other guests were slamming doors, yelling down the hallways, running down the halls starting before 6am. The bathroom wasn’t even big enough to close the door while you were sitting on the toilet. The room was clean-ish. Like between the tv stand and the desk there was random garbage on the floor, the windows were all streaky, the peep hole had toilet paper stuffed into it, and there were stains on the bathroom floor behind the toilet.
