    Collaborating with Homewood Suites in Newtown, Pa has always been a joy! The staff there especially the Assistant General Manager, Jack Donan are absolutely incredible to work with. If you are ever in the Newtown, Pa area I highly recommend you stay at Homewood Suites!

    Exactly what you expect! They are doing some renovations but you wouldn’t know because they are very aware of making sure the guests are not bothered by noise or clutter.

    An indoor pool is a listed amenity but management has declared it "closed for maintenance" for the entire month of January. This is AKA corporate speak for "were too cheap to heat the pool in the coldest month of the year"

    Extremely unprofessional service. Hotel lost power 12/19. I understand, completely out of their control, however, there was no effort to help stranded customers. They did not contact anyone and did not have any information available about alternate arrangements. We found out when we attempted to check in after 2 days traveling. Their answer was “we couldn’t do anything because we don’t have power”. Perhaps they should have notified corporate? Perhaps they should have had some information to hand out to the people who were left without a hotel 5 days before Christmas? Perhaps they should have had a phone number available to request a refund? It’s obvious no one cares about customers anymore.
