Each of our 104 studio, one and two-bedroom tastefully appointed suites provides an array of home comforts including: fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, complimentary high-speed Internet access, spacious work desk. Each of our guests will have full use of our many amenities including: indoor swimming pool, modern fitness center and outdoor patio with propane grills.

I understand, completely out of their control, however, there was no effort to help stranded customers. They did not contact anyone and did not have any information available about alternate arrangements. We found out when we attempted to check in after 2 days traveling. Their answer was “we couldn’t do anything because we don’t have power”. Perhaps they should have notified corporate? Perhaps they should have had some information to hand out to the people who were left without a hotel 5 days before Christmas? Perhaps they should have had a phone number available to request a refund? It’s obvious no one cares about customers anymore.

The breakfast and coffee is da bomb. ⭐️ I always stay on the first floor to be close to the pool and gym! The pool was ice cold during the week but much warmer and more enjoyable on the weekend. I love the rooms / suites. They’re stocked with all kitchen stuff. I always utilize the desk area. The rooms are beautiful, however, I was a little surprised that the bathrooms were not updated. The showers are a bit run down and the tiles stained. Still my top choice hotel for so many reasons! Thank you Homewood suites for another great stay.
