She managed the front desk with kindness and professionalism while also keeping the entire breakfast area perfectly stocked and clean. She did all of this with patience, a warm attitude, and genuine care for every guest. It is rare to see someone multitask at that level while still making each person feel welcomed. Hazel is the kind of employee who makes a hotel stay feel comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Hazel, for making our visit so pleasant. The hotel was clean hotel and the pool was very warm which was amazing because we wanted to get in the hot tub and couldn't because they boarded it up and is no longer usable. They also have a amazing expresso/cappuccino/latte/coffee machine. There is also a gas station directly next to the hotel which is convenient and when that one is closed there is one very close in walking distance on the other side of the hotel. Also back to about the breakfast, they have real potatoes which was a good change. Eggs and the meats change they've had different sausages and eggs the 3 nights we've been here. Not sure if they have bacon or not. They have everything bagels which most places don't have and a yogurt machine and stuff to make parfait. Also a pancake machine instead of a waffle machine which is a nice change too.
