The young man Kamar working the front desk was so kind and helpful, and he immediately set the tone for the entire visit. Every time I came through the door, he made sure to welcome me with a happy and joyful “hello,” and it honestly made me feel seen and valued as a guest. I loved how Kamar would always ask, “Are you good?” It wasn’t just a quick question—he genuinely cared and took the time to make sure everything was going well for me. He was so, so attentive and encouraging, checking in without ever being overbearing and always bringing such positive energy to the space. He even hooked me up at breakfast. His kindness and professionalism made the whole experience stand out in the best way. Because of the way he interacted with me, I felt comfortable, supported, and appreciated the entire time. This was truly one of my best experiences ever, and Kamar played a huge role in making it that way.

I paid for my room for my husband a week in advance, payment was taken out right then. Husband went to check in, he was charged for the room AGAIN plus deposit. $700 was returned after check out and thIs morning was taken out AGAIN. Calling corporate cause this is ridiculous, either fix your system or let your guests know you're double charging. I've never had issues with other Hampton or Hilton properties. If I pay for the room in full in advance, I shouldn't have to pay it twice, let alone 3 times.
