  I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked three rooms—two under the employee rate and one using reward points—for a family gathering of 10 people. Upon arrival, we checked into the two employee-rate rooms, but one of them was in an unacceptable, unclean condition. When we requested a room change, they were told the hotel was completely sold out and no alternative clean rooms were available. Given the situation, we asked to cancel all three reservations. However, the front desk staff informed us that only the dirty room would be refunded, while the two clean rooms would still be charged. This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. Our booking was made to accommodate our entire family together, and it was not feasible to split our group across different hotels or squeeze everyone into two rooms. We ultimately had no choice but to leave the property late at night and find another hotel, causing significant inconvenience and additional expense. As an IHG employee, this experience was particularly disheartening. The lack of flexibility and understanding in a situation involving an unclean room and a full-group booking was very disappointing. I would expect better service and consideration, especially under these circumstances.

  Worst beds of any holiday Inn in have stayed in. I stay at a lot of holiday inns across the country for work and this has the worst beds I have slept on. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay.

  Staff and accommodations where wonderful... Wish the couple in the nearby room didn't have to loudly argue all night. Staff did their best to deal with them...
