She completely went out of her way to help us and make sure we felt appreciated and was welcoming friendly and extremely great at her position. Her personality is great for helping people feel comfortable in extremely uncomfortable situations and I want to thank her from tbe bottom of my heart. Thanks again! 🤨🥶😊
- NONaidona OttOct 16, 20251.0This hotel is disgusting. The first two rooms were absolutely filthy. Beyond what I have ever seen in a holiday inn. Utter filth. Hand prints all over the mirror. Brown substance splashed and dripping down the bathroom door. Filthy tub and unswept stained floors. Access latch on the bathroom ceiling hanging down. As a Platinum IHG member...Shocking! They moved us to the next two "newly Renovated " rooms. Yes..there was new wood behind the bed and TV. The rest looks exactly the same. Dirty carpet. Redone bath already has a ring around it. The air conditioner sounds are ridiculous. I think they just don't take care of this property. No pride at all in their caretaking. It is a shame. I recommend you do not stay here. I would have left except we arrived at almost 11pm. The staff however was nice...I assume they hear complaints regularly.
