  So...I check in on a Saturday night, walk in and the comforters are piled on the chair. The floor isn't vacuumed, 2 sheets left on the TP roll. I called down and said I was concerned the comforters weren't clean. the lady said "Housekeeping left. Its fine . They are clean." Very dismissive. I let it go. Later I went to shower and all I found was a couple towels. No wash cloths no hand towels etc. I mentioned it to front desk in morning as I was getting coffee, her response was "What's your room number?" I told her. She stared at me. I looked at her. It was a little awkward. I walked away. Dirty unkept, room, rude front desk. Breakfast is $12.95 I mean really what's not to like? I'm considering a tetanus shot.

  The rooms are very nice and clean no complaints there. We were brought here by Road side towing since our truck broke down. This must be where they drop all customers off for a room. I do wish they offered some kind of kind small discount since we were misplaced with no car for 5nights. With the prices I do believe they could afford that. I didn't care for charging $12.95 per person for a breakfast that I just got as complimentary at the Hampton Inn seems I bit off to me. But let me tell ya. The bed are absolutely AMAZING no complaints there.

  Visited with my sister everything was beautiful rooms were clean. They have an indoor pool and a bar. They have Hollywood casino across the street and of course a couple of minutes away is shady Maple smorgasbord as well as the shady maple meat market, which we visited on our last day to take home the great Cell they had there. Make sure you leave Room in your trunk to go to the market. It was amazing! It was the quiet we needed it, but it was still things around for us to do and it was very fast efficient and everything was so clean.

  Horrible front desk service when checking in on February 15, 2026 at 8pm. Front desk lady was very rude. The hotel is old, rooms are old and dirty and have broken parts on the walls. Also there was not even a holder for the toilet paper. Horrible experience, will never stay here again.
