- RSRich SNov 14, 20251.0One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Someone came into my room and took my things during the day (admittedly nothing of value as I had my bag with me but still). I called at 5:30 pm to confirm they had me listed as staying overnight because it was so odd that the room was cleaned out. I was assured I was all set. Then a maintenance worker came into the room at 11:30 pm, while I was sleeping. I woke up to a stranger in my room. Terrifying. When I called the front desk, obviously upset, they said it wasn't their fault. When I said I would talk to someone tomorrow (because it was clear they didn't care), they shot back that I could give that person an attitude too. Empathy would have deescalated things immediately, instead I got sarcasm. Not only will I not stay at this Homewood Suites, I won't stay at any Homewood Suites ever again. Nor will anyone from my company. The worst customer service I've received in my life.

The free Breakfast was lacking, no breakfast meats and soggy Potatoes. At checkout time there was no one at the front desk for over 45 minutes. The hotel is a nice looking facility but needs work and better management.
