Stains on everything… There was even writing on my bathroom mirror from someone using a dry erase marker that wasn’t cleaned before my stay. Room smelled like sweat, which seemed to be coming from the shower/shower curtain. Service was not great either. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guest. My coworker was given the key to someone else’s room…

- JTJ TDec 6, 20252.0First of all, this place doesn't understand Hospitality. The majority of the staff will ignore you. If you walk past anyone, expect to not be noticed. I've received better experiences at hostiles. The night guy will sit in a chair in the lobby, watching videos on his phone, played at high volume, and could care less about the well being of the guests. Infact, if you ask him how he's doing, he responds with "great," but don't expect him to take an interest in your or your stay. -- As mentioned, the staff at this property lacks the basic skills of what Hospitality requires. If you're going here in the winter, I would encourage other locations. This place is in the hills, so when it snows expect to either get stuck on the hill going up to this place or sliding down the hill and through the intersection. If you ask the night guy, who drives in and out daily, what the road conditions may be, expect a careless response of: "I don't know." Yup, that's it. Finally, their Wednesday Happy Hour gives you 1 included 6 oz beverage. I have never been to a Homewood Suites that presents that type of cap. However, I also haven't visited any other Homewood Suites with such a careless focus on their guests. In short, I'd choose another location. If you're just visiting and want to be left alone, this place may work for you. However, the vast majority of guests carry an idea of the treatment they'll receive, and this property/staff falls drastically short.

However, I feel that after our two night stay this past weekend, that this property does not meet the standards that I have come to expect from the Hilton Homewood Brand. The property is tired and needs a major refresh. Furniture is well worn, rugs are badly stained, breakfast is lacking. I would look for another property next time I stay in the area. Lots to choose from as the location is great.
