  They’re very nice rooms although a little worn furniture. It’s very easy to get to the airport from here. Zeb was very courteous and he also drove us to the airport in the hotel shuttle. He is very pleasant and person like him makes a hotel stay so much better. They had a wonderful breakfast. You could take your eggs to a new level with everything that they have there. Real impressed. They have a lovely pool.

  I am a HHonors Diamond member and have been for almost 15 years, traveling for business for a living. It is understood that hotels are hit or miss. This one is a miss, but that is not the issue. I stayed here on rewards points (booked two nights) with my family, including an infant child. The room we stayed in was large, which is why I booked it. Then, the further we got into our stay, the more issues we found. The carpets are stained; the living room furniture is stained, old and uncomfortable; the ceiling fan did not work; the shower did not work properly; and the tub and shower curtain were so dirty and stained we refused to give our child a bath. I checked out a day early and, upon checkout, there was no "how was your stay". They simply took my keys, which fine because I had luggage and an infant in tow anyway. I received texts about my checkout on day two to which I replied I was already out due to issues (gave them a low rating via text). They said they need 24 hour notice for early departures. I would have been fine getting charged for one day. I called HHonors and they said the property manager didn't have any notes about issues and would not refund either day (got charged for the day I didn't stay). I get it... "policy." Almost any Hilton hotel I go to works with me, which helps given erratic schedules. Not this one. I digress. This place is disgusting, dated, and the people are less than helpful. There are plenty of other options in the area.

  Always a great stay here. Rooms clean and modern and love the TVs and breakfast is amazing. Very well kept property my goto when in the area.My home away from home.

  Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt old, worn out, and dirty. The couch in our room was visibly stained, and instead of replacing it, they just threw a cover over it—which doesn’t help at all if you’re actually using the pull-out bed underneath. Breakfast was another disappointment. I came down during the listed breakfast hours and there was basically nothing left. The breakfast attendant told me they were “out of eggs,” which is hard to believe for a hotel that serves breakfast every day. Overall, it was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
