    I stayed here for work for two nights and it’s such a great hotel. There’s outside seating with a fire pit. There’s a great bar there’s Meeting space the gym is fantastic. The best part about this stay for me was Liz the woman who works at the front desk. She was so kind to me after I had a late night Check in. She even went to go grab me some coffee from the back of the house and made me just feel so at home. She was so warm and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.

    I have been traveling for business, and the military, for the past 25 years. I stay, and have stayed, in hotels all over the US and Internationally. I have been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport on average of 3 weeks a month since June 2025. This is an amazing hotel for business, family, and individual casual travel. The location is convenient to Pittsburgh airport as well as surrounding restaurants and attractions. The Hilton Garden Inn has more than adequate parking available. The hotel and staff are total professionals in every aspect. The rooms are well maintained daily. The staff are courteous and go above and beyond to support the customer. The hotel has a bar and a restuarant with great food. They actually decorate the bar and restaurant area seasonally and for holidays. People travel from within 2 hours away to come and visit the bar and restaurant to see the decorations. Great marketing and advertising. The bartenders, cooks, front desk manager, front desk staff, sales team, and housekeeping all provide excellent customer service and customer relations management. They engage with the customer and provide that human touch that is so lost in business today. They all understand and grasp the value of capturing the customer lifetime value and the impact on the ROI. The GM and management team have assembled an amazing team of staff and employees. The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport is an amazing representation of the 'Hilton' Brand. I highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone traveling for business, personal, family, or just stopping by. AMAZING hotel!

    We often stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport (Moon Township) the night before an early vacation flight. It’s incredibly convenient to leave our car there at a reasonable rate while we’re away. The rooms are always clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The bar area is beautiful—always festively decorated for the holidays—and the food is delicious. The location is ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We’ve also attended several events hosted at the hotel and have consistently had a wonderful experience. It’s truly our favorite local hotel.

    My daughter and I were treating her two kids to an evening at a hotel to swim. We needed a last minute reservation because the pool at the Holiday Inn Express (Monaca) was down (they were kind enough to refund me immediately). We decided to book at the Hilton Garden Inn. My daughter was reserving through booking.com and I was going to pay for the room once we arrived. Since the booking that my daughter made had not shown up yet in the system we were told by Devin, the person at the counter, that we could wait for an undetermined amount of time for the booking.com reservation to show up or she could cancel her reservation with booking.com. I then reserved our room #109 and paid for it. The following day my daughter found out that her card was charged $205 plus $50 for incidentals. My daughter appealed to booking.com and they said they understood and were on her side and a review would take 5 days. Ultimately, the manager at the Hilton refused to refund the money and stated that the $205 that my daughter paid was the cancellation fee. Two hundred for a cancellation fee for a room that would have cost $205 did not seem to make sense. Since Allen, the supervisor at the Hilton, refused to resolve our issue by refunding the money she was charged for the room, I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that there is no one on the premises. I asked for his supervisor's phone number and he refused to give me that information. My daughter is now attempting to contact the corporate office in hopes of getting this issue resolved. It's unfortunate that we have not been offered any resolution considering that we only used one room that was paid for by me that evening. I will update this if, by chance, we get a satisfactory response from Hilton.

    The service and staff provided by the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. This was our starting point for a week in Florida. We were caught in the chaos of snow and ice trying to return. I made numerous calls to the Hilton after constant cancellations of our return flights, usually last minute. The staff was always gracious and kind as our room reservations kept getting pushed to another day. Three days later when we returned, the shuttle was there as promised, the hotel desk clerk was wonderful and the room was ready. Brushes, shovel and battery charger was available as we dug out the snow covered car in -18 degree chill. They even offered to help us dig out the car. After the airport chaos this was a most welcome place to return. Wonderful personnel. We would most definitely stay here again.
