I'm so disappointed by the Hilton corporation for hiring certain individuals to render horrible services to customer, my experience there was so toxic from this night shift supervisor on 11/21/2025. She is very racist and condescending, she completely dismissed my needs as a guest, I will never stay at any Hilton anymore just for that, it is a disbelief that people in management get to treat people as such.

The room stay was extremely nice, but everything else was the worst experience in hospitality I've ever had. We paid extra for the airport shuttle service and was told it ran 24/7. The Service and Shuttle to the aiport were amazing. On the way back, however, my mom called and said her plane was going to be late, after midnight. The person at the service desk said that would be okay. Upon arrival, I called the hotel to say we were ready for pick-up, knowing my mom was coming through the airport, after getting off of the plane. The person at the front desk, Justin, said the shuttle was on its way over. The shuttle came and went, and my mom wasnt to baggage claim yet, which was okay, because we were told the service was 24/7. I called the desk back and asked for the shuttle to return when they were done with their drop off. Justin said that was the last service of the evening and he would call the driver to turn around. When the driver came back, I was verbally abused and insulted by the driver because he "got off at midnight." There was also a passenger in the van, a young red headed girl with glasses that began to tell me the policy. I stated to both of them that we were told it was a 24/7 service and we paid additional to our room charge for this service. They complained about have to wait 3 minutes (I timed it) for my mom to come through baggage claim (with no bags to wait for, I might add.) Upon being dropped off, I can only assume the young red head worked at the Double Tree because as my mom and I walked to our car, she followed us, threatened us and taunted us about needing to know policy and how we were wrong and she continued this until we got into our car. When I called Justin at the front desk to confirm "policy" he said the van only waits 5 minutes. I told Justin I fully understand the policy and was willing to wait for the van's return. It wasnt until THAT MOMENT he said they were under staffed with drivers and were done shuttling after midnight. I told Justin how disrespectfully we were treated during pick up and drop off and he dismissed me from the phone call and told me to call back during regular business hours if I wanted to speak to a manager. These people they had advocating for hotel "policy" this evening have a total lack or respect and concern to understand the entire story and don't seem to even understand their own operations and policy. Instead they degraded, taunted, and dismissed a paying customer. I would definitely not want them working and representing my company.
Overall, the absolute worst customer service I've ever experience. I would NEVER recommend this service or hotel to anyone.
Edit: after reading horrific reviews about the shuttle service, it doesnt look like the location does anything with the drivers for accountability and only apologizes for bad service to customers online.
As you can see the general manager responds with no compensation or anything worth of value for the poor experience.

Very beautiful place, the staff was great I give e so much credit to them for the help and assistance in getting the room and more. Was here for a wedding we had this weekend. And I can't get into how kind the staff is. Thank you and keep up the great work, and very appreciative.

When I tell the staff here, namely maddie, georgette, and fred, went above and beyond to help me clear up a booking issue I cannot express how grateful I truly am. These kind people went out of their way, they were so sweet and helpful, I will absolutely stay here again just see them again. On top of that the rooms were pristine and they even helped me get a charger for my phone which i desperately needed. Best hotel experience I have ever had!!
