    This is a nice hotel with good amenities and a great airport shuttle. We were able to park our car here for 10 days at much cheaper than the airport parking lot. The one drawback was that the rooms were not very soundproof--noise from the hallway was very clear in the room. Thankfully, it was a quiet evening in the hotel.

    Wish I could give 10 stars for service! Got in late after having to rent a car due to an accident while my wife was driving. I drove 8 hours, cracked sternum, with my wife, 3 broken vertebrae, and when we arrived we were treated better than we could've hoped. The young woman working gathered up medical supplies, and helped us immensely. In the am when thanking them then had someone follow us out and lift our bags into our car for us. Seems small but I couldn't do it at the time. Highly recommend!!!

    My family of 3 booked a two night stay at this hotel, but it wasn't worth the money and turned into more of a hassel than anything else. First off, we booked the room for myself, my husband, and my child. In the picture shown on the site, it looked like the couch on the side may have been a pull-out, but it wasn't. It was a tiny couch that our 10 year-old struggled to sleep on for the night. We brought it up to the staff and they were nice enough to have us move to another room with a pull-out couch the following evening. However, the room gradually became so hot even with the AC on full blast. It reached at least 80 degrees in the room. We brought this to the attention of the staff, but all was offered was a fan, which really wouldn't have done anything but blow hot air around. No more rooms were available in this hotel to move to, so, we had not choice but to leave. We requested a refund for that night, but since we booked it online through a third-party service, they expalined we would have to contact them first. We contacted that service and in the end, we did not get a refund for that night. Not even a partial one. This is very poor customer service. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.

    It's a nice and convenient location near the airport with a shuttle ride to the airport. With a small fee to leave my vehicle for a week.

    The hotel itself was nice and the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work, and the room was hot and uncomfortable. I asked the front desk for a new room and they moved me to another room on the same floor, but it had the same AC issue. It seems like there may be a larger problem with the hotel’s AC system. I appreciate the staff’s willingness to help, but the lack of working AC really impacted my stay, so I didn’t end up enjoying it
