Terrible hotel manager. I had a severe accident the night before our trip with severe burns to the face and unfortunately needed to cancel our trip within 24 hours of check-in. Hotel management was not understanding or sympathetic at all towards this extremely extenuating circumstance and still charged us the full $230 for the night we missed. I would not recommend this hotel.

The manager of the hotel cares deeply about the guests and while not everything goes as smoothly as desired, he makes tremendous effort to care for guests. Thank you!

Absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend. Very friendly staff at the front, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and all of that. Even the little things were nice like Dove Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, the shower head was actually high enough I didn't feel like I was going to hit my head on it, stuff like that

This hotel seems nice at first, but don't be fooled. Any inconvenience and they will cause major problems for you. I have a severe peanut allergy, every Holiday Inn I have stayed at steamed there potatoes. My first day at this one, I noticed the potatoes were soaking in oil. I normally don't eat things like this but they had very limited choices and this was almost all they had. So like I always do in this situation decided to be safe and ask I the potatos were fried in peanut oil. I'm disabled so my husband went to ask the kitchen attendant sitting in the lobby watching TV. He seemed to be the only attendant, the attendant was immediately confrontational as my husband approached. My husband asked what oil they use to fry the potatos and he told my husband "I don't know" he then said well what can't you eat and my husband told him peanut and he said "oh yeah, no we don't use that one" my husband said I thought you didn't know? Then guy then walked away without saying another word. When he walked back out of the kitchen my husband asked if he could check for us to be safe and he he very loudly told my husband " if you're so worried don't eat it!" This hotel does not take it's guests safety serious. They don't train their kitchen to know about food allergies, we checked out after this because we were to stay there a week and couldn't utilize the free breakfast that we actually payed for with the room. So not free. The hotel claimed they understood and we checked out with the front reception, but they are now refusing a refund. They are siding with the employee and don't care that we had to leave do to health concerns. So many places still use peanut oils and people die everyday for this situation right here. Do better IHG
