My stay at this hotel was horrible. I felt like my family and I were profiled. First off we were coming in from a 10 hour drive cramped in a van with 9 people. As we were approaching the hotel we were maybe 15 minutes from there and it’s 6:30am the day of my check in, I called in to the front desk to ask if my family can check in early. We were told yes due to them having a low occupancy that it was ok. We arrive and pay for our rooms and the deposit amount. Upon entering the room we notice a very big bag of trash sitting right off the elevator I have pictures of that. We enter the room and immediately I notice the dust on top of the refrigerator as I look around I notice how filthy the dishwasher and the dishes were. The beds looked like they had been jumped or layers in of some sort. We were also told by staff that the bag given upon arrival were only given to diamond and platinum members, which would not have been an issue had I not seen the customer whom was a silver member given a bag. As we approach the second day I have my children down by the pool and they were told that they can only use 2 pool towels per person. Then the next day (checkout day) they say the pool is out of order, didn’t make a big issue because we were leaving anyway. So we have a 1pm checkout and at 1:02 they are knocking at the door threatening us with a late fee they give us 15 minutes to leave the room and leave. As we approach the front seat to check out I notice that there are to 50 dollar charges on both of my rooms I ask for the supervisor that applied the charge and they tell me that she was no longer in the building. I ask is there anyone I can speak with in regards to these charges and they tell me there is not one supervisor or MOD on duty that I can speak with. So they proceed to tell me that I can walk next door to a hotel that I didn’t reserve at room at to speak with someone in regards to the charge. I called my boss just to kinda verify a few things and I took their names and told them I will be going to corporate. But for nothing to have happened or they just disregarded everything that I told them including my room photos. I left unhappy and racially profiled. I had my mother and stepdad all of my children with me on a vacation that we thought would be out first vacation of the year turn out not to only be a disturbing but yet very judged, THE VACATION FROM HELL I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I will most definitely be going to corporate.

We only stayed a night and everything was great! We had some trouble with dead outlets (we later learned there was a breaker box in the room to reset) and the vanity bathroom lightbulbs were burned out. Patricia responded immediately and fixed those issues for us! Everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly, and genuinely seemed to want us to have a nice stay. Thank you!
