We stayed here for 2 nights and after the first night we realized the door to our room didn’t lock - you could open it without a key. We immediately went downstairs to notify the front desk who said they’d have maintenance come up right away. The maintenance man looked at it for 30 seconds and said there was nothing he could do?! Then he saw we had our 2 year old son and said well since you have a little one let me go look at what we have that could possibly fix this issue. So if we didn’t have our son with us we would have just had to deal with a door that didn’t lock??? We were getting ready to leave for a wedding all day and would have had to either risk our stuff staying in the unlocked room or move it all to the car. Neither of these are acceptable options when we’re paying so much for a room!
We came back later that night to find it was fixed (thankfully!!) but our key no longer worked. My fiancé went to the front desk and got a new key, came back up, and it still didn’t work. He had to go back downstairs to get the front desk agent to come up with the master key to get into the room. Come to find out the maintenance man had to take the dead bolt completely off the door and we could only get in and out of the room with the hotel’s master key.
The room itself was spacious but smelled musty and old. The bed was super uncomfortable and smaller than anticipated (we booked a queen room - we sleep on a queen at home just fine but could barely fit in this bed). We had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
The pool was nice and breakfast options were good which is what’s helping get to a 2 star review. Also the woman at the front desk was friendly and apologetic to our issues. We were promised to have points added to our Hilton account since we booked through a third party so she couldn’t discount our stay for the issues we had, but we’ve yet to see the points.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Decent fitness room. Close to things you need and a quick drive to the airport. Will stay there again when tra elimg thru.

I often travel for work, and have had a variety of experiences when it comes to hotels.
Let me say that the staff at this hotel was the most helpful and friendliest that I have ever encountered. From check in to breakfast, each person working at the hotel made the week-long stay truly easy going, and for that I am genuinely appreciative.
You guys are great, thank you! We will be back again.

We spent one night while passing through on vacation. Booked on line, check in was easy, and the staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious, location felt safe and was convenient. Breakfast was decent. Pull out sofa bed was OK, but was really loud every time my son moved. Pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing, but we knew that before we booked. Definitely would stay again.
