- RBRob BlumlingDec 27, 20251.0The walls are so thin they are basically non existent. Woke up this morning at 5:15 am from cell phone vibrating on the nightstand of the next door room. Also got to hear the fly next door poop this morning like he was in our bathroom. Towels have hair on them. Mirrors are super dirty and streaked. The renovations look nice until you actually look at it. Whatever hack crew pieced this mess together should be embarrassed. 1 night of a 2 night stay and am looking to change hotels. This place is a disaster. There are other hotels around this area, go anywhere else.

I continue to come back as I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, common areas and staff but not today. I checked in today (12.12.25) for 3 days and I was extremely disappointed with the state of my room. It took me close to an hour to clean the room to a level that made me somewhat comfortable. Even with the cleaning, it is still not what I have become accustomed to based on my previous stays. The bathroom was disgusting, the mirrors and windows have a thick film on them, the chair and most common surfaces had stains on them (which I cleaned) etc. I was provided with 2 towels for 3 nights. One of which is being used to block the 1 1/2 inch gap on the door entering the room. At least when I depart on Monday morning the room will be cleaner than what I walked into today. This is the last time I stay here.
- TTTaravRDDec 5, 20253.0I typically enjoy staying at holiday and suites, but this particular one I felt was lacking on the customer service end. The first time I stayed at this hotel my room was 55° and it took an hour and a half to get room temp up to 70. I had to sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes before I could even stand to be in my room. I'm surprised the front desk attendant did not atleaat offer me another room since it did not appear that the hotel was very busy. So after a long day that was quite annoying. Then on my second stay breakfast was almost gone at about 9:05. They did end up bringing me out a few things but only after I had requested. The rooms were somewhat clean I did see a few hairs on the bathroom floor but overall the bedding and things like that seemed changed and in good condition. The desk chairs in the rooms are horribly uncomfortable probably the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in LOL. I travel a lot and and I'm not super picky when it comes to hotels but I did decide not to stay here again the last time I was in the area.
