- RPRobert PhillipsApr 3, 20264.0It really was my son who stayed here for the night. He was on his way to basic training/bootcamp. But I can say the time we were there on lobby floor. The restaurant was good, the front desk service was polite and helpful. And restrooms were clean. He said room was nice although the ac unit wouldn't shut off so it was cold sleeping that night. He didn't think of calling front desk.

We got moved to a second room and at night one of the beds had a few. Talked to the front desk and all they said was sorry.

The airport shuttle is out of service without any notice, the hotel restaurant/bar was closed without any notice, and the pool was out of service. When I checked in they gave me a key to a room that was not cleaned and had to ask for a different room. Only reason I am giving them one star is because I cannot give them 0 stars. Stay away from this hotel as much as possible. Spend the extra few bucks at a different hotel.
