The day they cleaned the room, they left the bathroom dirty and only provided one towel, so I had to ask for more. And today they tell me that my room doesn't include breakfast... I've stayed in hotels from the same company before and they've never done anything like this, but this is the first and last time I'll stay at this one. They're terrible. I even found insects and I didn't say anything, but they finally disappointed me completely.

The office chairs were falling apart, the caulk in the showers was missing/dirty, the handle in the shower was broken, the fixtures were rusty, the walls were covered in poor looking patchwork. The hallways and elevators were dirty and worn. The staff was not very effective at communicating and I had to move rooms 3 times. I was locked out of my room during my stay because the keyboard stopped working. I now have a rash that I have never had before after my stay. The phone and alarm clock in my room did not work.
