  Good hotel right off the highway where I needed it. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Also close to the Grove City Outlet Mall which is huge. Very friendly staff, polite and efficient. Hotel was very clean and fully stocked. Great choice.

  I almost feel like the man next door is laying next to me, the way I'm able to hear EVERYTHING going on in his room!! The loud television and his snoring are driving me NUTS!! VERY thin walls.

  Wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Quick drive to downtown Columbus, but far enough away to be quiet and out of the way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were up to date and clean / well taken care off. Solid breakfast options. Pool and fitness room were nice. Lots of parking. Would happily stay here again.

  We arrived after a long day of driving, looking for a clean bed and comfort. The room we were offered looked like someone had been in it earlier in the day The toilet lid up and bowl dirty. Public hairs dancing around the bathroom and check out how the bed and towels were stored. When is asked the front desk about it and requested another room the response was, “oh your room was cleaned, just not very good”. I have included a few photos More review to come after an attempt at sleep. Already note that some of the plugs are actually wall, decorative only.

  I’m just going to start saying we picked this hotel because of all the amazing reviews. We had prepaid the room and got charged again by mistake. They told us it didn’t go through, but the next morning I had to call the hotel (after checkout) because it was deducted from our account. It’s now back to “pending” on our account. There were dirt shoe prints right outside the shower door, there wasn’t any hand soap in the dispenser, the fridge looked dirty but the worst for us was that there was someone’s leftover food inside the fridge. We didn’t pick a cheaper hotel because we didn’t want to deal with cleanliness issues, and we were extremely dissatisfied paying more just to be disappointed. When I spoke to front desk about the food, they told me not to worry that they would provide “a bunch of points” to my account, but I still haven’t seen them.
