Front desk Staff is professional and friendly...they will definitely address any questions you may have. Kudos to Allison, assistant manager and to Tiffany and Grace who work with her. This hotel is frequently sold out for wedding and reunion events. have seen shuttle service available under portico if reserved by hotel guests who choose to book on their own.. If you are in the area for Slippery Rock events or for other colleges or festivals in the area or for a fun shopping spree at Premium Outlets, this hotel will not disappoint.

Our car broke down and we had to stop here late, and they graciously allowed us extra time to relax in the pool after a very stressful day. The morning staff was also very friendly and helped accommodate us as we worked to diagnose the car. The room and hotel were modern and clean and the breakfast was full buffet, all up to standards and expectations from this chain.
