    I had a nice stay at this hotel in the middle of a two-day road trip. The room was clean and we enjoyed taking our young kids to the pool for some relief, after a long day in the car. The next morning I brought breakfast up to our room, so my family could eat and watch TV, while I packed the car. We left the room in the good condition we found it in. After we checked out, I received a receipt in my inbox including a $700 damage fee for what I later learned was a "broken television." We did not break the television. We had used it the morning we checked out. It was in working condition when we left the room. I called the hotel and asked for an explanation. The front desk clerk explained what the damage charge was for, said there was photo evidence, and agreed to send me the proof of damages. Months have passed by, and I still have not received the evidence. My hotel receipt also shows a minor charge for some item from the suite shop. We did not buy anything from their shop. So it's possible a mistake was just made on our receipt. There are charges on it we're not responsible for. As it stands - this hotel has effectively stolen $700 from me based on a false accusation, without providing any proof. I want my money returned to me and am pursuing this case.

    Our room was very nice, clean and a very warm feeling. My problem with the room was where the television was located. The bed faced the window and the tv was to the right of the bed. So when I wanted to watch tv I had to lay on my one side. If I wanted to be on my back or the other side I could not see the tv. My other complaint was with the towels-they felt like sandpaper and did not absorb the water on my body.

    The complaints from other guests are ridiculous and probably entitled stuck up people that have nothing better to do than complain unnecessarily. I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Grove City and this is by far the best value. I am there 1-2 mths out of the year on business. This hotel most definitely has the nicest amenities in the surrounding area, but yet not the most expensive prices. Those complaining about cost need to check other places and see what you get; common sense is all too lacking these days. Their staff is beyond incredible, and I’ve had the lucky fortune of experiencing all the staff members over my many stays there and I can say definitively the general manager, Ms. Ramirez, runs a tight ship, as everyone is wonderfully kind, professional, efficient, and attentive. You won’t find a better place in area!
