- HSHeather StevensDec 27, 20251.0I flew in a friend and had them stay at Spark. It was my first time using this hotel. The staff were all amazing but the service is another story. I was charged for the room through a third party like Expedia and I showed them the paperwork and receipt. My friend stayed there and then they charged my friend for the room also. I have called multiple times, sent them an email with my reciept and was told they would look into it. They have not refunded me nor my friend so we were double charged.

I really prefer Sparks because it’s budget-friendly while still offering the quality of service and expectations that Hilton is known for. Although there’s no coffee in the rooms, I understand it's part of their plan to keep prices affordable.However, they do have fresh coffee in the lobby all day with great condiments to choose from. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel—you all provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate it!
