    Had a two bedroom suite. One of the showers had no hot water at all. The other was lukewarm at best. This was also the first time I have been charged for water bottles at a Hilton. When I checked out and mentioned both items, the front desk clerk was more interested in quoting corporate policy regarding which Hilton Honors members were eligible for complimentary water than apologizing for the lack of hot water. I expect bad customer service in 2025 but I was still naive enough to expect mediocre customer service from a hotel.

    We were able to rent a 2 room suite for an affordable price. There was definitely things that needed fixed or upgraded. The towel bar in one bathroom fell, there was a hole in the living room carpet, and a broken cabinet front in the kitchen. But having so much space made up for it. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. A 30 minute drive from Hershey Parm.

    We have a large family with 3 being toddlers and needed a hotel that was family friendly and also had a kitchen. Thus hotel was it. So very spacious and comfortable. Came with everything except measuring spoons to cooks which was excellent! The bathroom and closets were spacious as well and the bathroom had bodywash,shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall. The breakfast was delicious and they kept it stocked. 😋 I would stay here again for sure!!
