    If you’re looking for the typical lodging under the Hilton brand umbrella, keep looking. This is not what you are used to. Higher security hold, no smart tv, no marketplace to buy snacks, vending machines are only cash, and no thank you at all for being a Hilton Honors Member. Room was spacious and clean, but I would have looked elsewhere if I had known it was not the typical accommodations and amenities.

    Hotel needs renovated, the staff needs retrained, especially the breakfast attendant, I'm a team member at a different location, this place is dirty, the floors knee cleaned steamed, there's dust above the bed room, 152 had a beeping noise couldn't sleep at all. I had 2 rooms, my sister had a hard time sleeping. The morning staff, all morning front desk lady. She needs retrain, she did not ask. How was my stay when I checked out? I should have asked for a manager and got my refund and yeah, there. There was no reason to tip the housekeeping. The floors were disgusting dust everywhere. Drove 4 hours for the pool to be closed. No reason for the pool to be closed, I can see if you were doing renovations, but they're not doing renovations, they're in need of renovations. The roof the ceiling towels need done looks like they have mold and leak a leak problem with the roof the roof needs redone breakfast area was so par, 2 choices for 2 nights. Egg.\n S and sausage for both nights have a little bit of variety, offered some potatoes offer something else besides just eggs and sausage for the Hotmail and of course you got your normal typical waffles so the waffles were the only good thing about the breakfast breakfast intended seemed like she was bothered, was closing up early. She was closing up around 930 and Breakfast doesn't end until 10 o'clock, so she was pretty much pushing people out to get done around 10 little bit older lady that's fine. I had to install or tell them about the light bulb that needed changed the beeping noise in 152. It felt like I was working at their location. When I don't, it's a shame that they're being represented by Hilton, it's a privately owned hotel that has a Hilton contract, and if I was Hilton, I would drop them, the cleanliness of the hotel is par at a shame because hilton's a great company and a great brand and that hotel should not be property. And they didn't even offer to say, how was your stay? Just so I can say, well, I didn't enjoy my stay and we'll like at our points or a refund on my stay on the front desk agent in the morning did not even offer that she just made sure. I had my receipt emailed to me and said, have a nice day. That was it. As a team member, this is very disappointing to see other team members, not putting hard work or hard effort where I work. We make sure every person that checks out. How was your stay? And we make sure we do everything we needed to do to make sure they have a great experience. That's the job.

    A nice hotel, slightly modernized bathroom but still leans traditional and what you'd expect. Clean with a friendly staff. Used the Hilton app for the digital key and check in/out and it worked like a charm.

    Pretty good. I stay here twice a year to visit family. The hotel is located right next to a strip mall and a few restaurants (Perkins is very close, within a five minute walk). The road leading to the hotel is narrow with many potholes; however, I do not blame the hotel because as far as I heard, it was a matter of a property dispute with the carwash and Farm Plus. There is an alternate way to get in near the Best Western, as far as I remember. There is an odor as you walk into the hotel lobby. The hotel is normally on the colder side. The pool is an okay temperature, but still on the colder side. In the room I stayed in, the television volume did not go lower than 13. The mini refrigerator became noisy and annoying at night. Breakfast was on par with my standards for Hamptons. Plenty of seating for the smaller amount of guests staying at the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for shorter stays.
