  Nice place. Clean. Coffee was good. Location was close to Milford. Will definitely stay again and make use of the indoor pool and lounge.

  The room was spotless & comfortable. However, in the midst of one of the winter's coldest weeks, there were no blankets in the room, only the sheets and thin bedspreads. To boot, the heat could not be raised above 75°,, which normally would suffice, but during that bitterly cold week, did not. And though the room offered several USB outlets, none of them fit our phones. Moreover, the room offered only one regular wall outlet where we could plug in an AC adapter wall charger, and that was hidden behind the big, heavy (comfortable) chair. To gain access to it, we had to lug that chair away from the wall (quite inconvenient). The bathroom was disappointing: 1) The toilet's distance to the floor seemed designed for an 8-year old, not an adult. (I'll leave the reader to imagine the discomfort and, again, inconvenience.) 2) The shower head sprayed water all over the place instead of what must have been its original, intended path. Whether that was caused by mineral buildup (clogged nozzles) or a faulty seal, I can't say; what I can say for certain, is that hotel management had ignored the problem. Having noted all that, I must add that the hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating throughout: Though we had to make a special trip to the lobby for blankets, the solicitous staff member on duty provided them on request.

  Over 7mins of the phone ringing, no one ever answered (phone still ringing as I am leaving this review). Was looking to give them business but will be a hard pass for me.

  The hotels locality is good. The staff r very professional and friendly. Now the rooms have old wall paper peeling in bathroom, light bulbs out, chips in the tub and phone didn't work in room not a big deal everybody has phones now a days. Oh, and there's only 1 I've machine available on the 3rd floor. As far as being newly remodeled maybe the main lobby was. One finale thing there were people party and making loud noises in the hall outside our room at 130 in the am and no USB ports. Oops 1 more thing the couch in the due was old and torn didn't thing want 2 sir on it. We covered it with a sheet.

  My daughter and another friend of mine booked rooms (1 each) for the night of 12/26. They were coming from out of town, and the weather forecast was nasty, so they each had to cancel their reservations. They canceled the day before, so it was not last minute. Best Western would not reimburse even a portion of the fees. I guess money is more important than the safety of their customers! I’m guessing they’ve lost future business from my daughter and from my friend, and I will never recommend BW to anyone asking about hotels in this area. Poor business decision, in my opinion.
