Now the rooms have old wall paper peeling in bathroom, light bulbs out, chips in the tub and phone didn't work in room not a big deal everybody has phones now a days. Oh, and there's only 1 I've machine available on the 3rd floor. As far as being newly remodeled maybe the main lobby was. One finale thing there were people party and making loud noises in the hall outside our room at 130 in the am and no USB ports. Oops 1 more thing the couch in the due was old and torn didn't thing want 2 sir on it. We covered it with a sheet.

They were coming from out of town, and the weather forecast was nasty, so they each had to cancel their reservations. They canceled the day before, so it was not last minute. Best Western would not reimburse even a portion of the fees. I guess money is more important than the safety of their customers! I’m guessing they’ve lost future business from my daughter and from my friend, and I will never recommend BW to anyone asking about hotels in this area. Poor business decision, in my opinion.

Also Robert at the front desk is very friendly and extremely helpful. Great people make a great place!
- CMCharlotte MartinDec 3, 20254.0This hotel can use some updates however, I can not say enough about the manager, front desk, housekeeping and laundry attendant. They are friendly, welcoming and always helpful. They have made my stay there so comfortable. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is pet friendly and they have an secure enclosed pen in the back for your dogs. There is a beautiful oak tree in the middle of it so there is plenty of shade in the summer. There is also a beautiful pond behind the hotel which is nice and peaceful to sit by. They offer tea, coffee and juice all the time and their continental breakfast is pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend staying there and will stay there again.
