  We are staying here for a soccer tournament and the team chose the hotel based on there being an indoor pool. The pool is “broken” and closed for the whole weekend. We were told over the phone that we could switch to 2 queens by asking at check-in, but the manager refused the request. He claimed they are fully booked, despite half the bookings being cancelled due to the tournament’s inability to clear snow on all the fields. Our older soccer clubs cancelled their reservations, so there are rooms available and the parking lot is empty. All the third-party websites also show availability for rooms with 2 beds (and at much cheaper prices). We had to go down to the front desk to request bedding for the pull-out couch. It was not in the room, and there aren’t extra pillows. Several items in the kitchen area look like they were hastily glued back together. The lack of flexibility, as well as the lack of concern, gives the service 1 star. The poorly equipped room and quality of the kitchen gives the room 2 stars. The location gets 3 stars, as it is in a convenient location relative to places to eat. Unfortunately, it is 35 minutes+ from the soccer fields.

  I checked-in and was told to use the elevator behind me to go to the second floor. I did and came out to a floor fully under renovation with paint boxes, rooms under repair and no one on the floor, naturally. I went back down and told the person at the reception and he was not even aware. Told me to use the elevator on the other side instead. As a staff you should know what's going on in your hotel and where not to send the customers. Next I came to the room, the room was well equipped with a kitchenette. But both the sockets on the 2 sides of the bed were non functional. So the lamp and charging points didn't work. I used the study one. Good thing is they took quick action and fixed it the next day when I was away. Also, not having an exhaust fan in the toilet always puts me off. You should always have a vent. Please take it as a constructive feedback. A feedback on sustainability. Don't have plastic bags for recycling bins. Recycling materials are dry and you can easily avoid added polythene. They do serve complementary breakfast from 6.30-9.30. I didn't get a chance to try but good to have.

  I had stayed here for a week at three different times since 2023. If they could improve on their breakfast I would have given them 5 or more stars. Amazing staff ready to help you and make your stay comfortible.

  Very nice place to stay with clean rooms and a reasonable price considering the area.

  This hotel has everything I was looking for. Clean room, breakfast and laundry. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take care of you housekeeping checks on you daily to see if you need anything. I've enjoyed my stay.
