As a Diamond member, I was given an "upgrade" and the benefit of that was a weird additional space of 10 sq feet and being adjacent to the ice machine room and having to listen to it cycle on and off all night and feel like it was in the room with me. (At one point at 2AM, I got up looking for a unplug mini fridge, only to realize it was on other side of wall) Breakfast menu was anemic, not much to choose from. All in all, I guess I expected something different and I could have done better elsewhere for less. I'm starting to think a lot of the online reviews are not real either, because I could not see why this hotel is ranked relatively high.

Five years ago I needed a safe haven for me and the kids. It was during Covid and I searched for a hotel with an open pool near me and this is what I found. I’m so glad that I did. And we have come back here every year since. While the kids don’t know what my personal celebration is, they are extremely excited for every year to come around so they can swim, watch TV in the super comfortable hotel beds and Saturday morning Get a delicious breakfast from the fork and knife. And they also love catching the tail end of the pumpkin carving/decorating contest. Thank you to the staff, that I’ve seen every year for the past five years and for creating a safe place for me and my children💕 A+

Also soups, salads, breads and seafood. Even a kid friendly (and sized) Buffet. Recommend their buffet for any occasion.
