    We had a corporate meeting here. Staff and hotel itself is wonderful. Front desk, staff and restaurant is great. As far as the Sales coordinator goes - I would not work with Lynsay Warner again. The service I received from "Sales" was not good. We ordered the catering which was fine. You are not to bring "outside food" in which I get - I would not want someone trying to pull one on them and cater something on your own - totally understandable. One of my guests brought in doughnuts for fauschnut day as a gift and we were accused of bringing in outside food. Instead of apologizing and checking in - She told me she will not charge me (as if she is giving me a facor) and let me know ahead of time next time. The catering manager acted nice, but must have "tattled" on the doughnuts since Lyndsey never came in to check on us - just passive aggressively emailed instead. It's a shame because I had wanted to do more meetings here in the future. Not to mention - we spent a lot of money on lunch and breakfast catering , on rooms and the bar. A thank you or apology on accusations would be better. I would definitely come back if was treated better by sales. If you here as an individual - you will love it!

    I am so excited about this hotel! It was a wonderful stay - the hotel is clean, charming, and staff is helpful. Honestly, I loved everything about our stay. So, so happy and will stay again!

    Very nice motel with ideal small-town location. Room was clean, spacious and had small extra touches. Shower was excellent with a control that allowed the temperature and the volume to be adjusted (all showers should work this way). Digital keys worked flawlessly. The lobby seating area was spacious and had plenty of seating options and all the equipment in the fitness center worked. All in all, would highly recommend.

    On our second stay currently. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Love the smell of chocolate piped into the entrance. Friendly staff. Walkable Town with shops and restaurants.

    If you’re staying in Lititz, this is THE place to stay. The staff is so helpful (they even reach out before you arrive!), and almost everything is perfect (see my comments about the rooms) for the two negatives that are worth mentioning). You will not regret time spent here. I love it!!
