The hotel is also very fun, located right in the middle of a charming town with lots of shops, and themed around the former chocolate factory the building once housed (it is currently across the street and you can grab chocolates there!). Loved everything about our stay, but most of all a giant shoutout to the staff. Kate welcomed us via email and really was such a wonderful host, along with the team here, for our family. Thank you!
- TJTom JonesNov 12, 20255.0The Wilbur Lititz is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! It's still relatively new, but has the old brick wall charm of the previous chocolate factory. All of the employees are so kind and friendly, and happy to give advice on local restaurants to eat at. The rooms are excellent and in great condition, and the beds soft. We were on the second floor, but did not hear any noise from above or below us at night. Our room came with one (very comfortable) bathrobe that I gladly used, but my partner wanted one as well, so I texted the front desk around 10pm and they brought a second robe up within 30min. We only stayed for two nights, but would gladly go back again for a longer stay!

The architect used original features of the old chocolate factory, such as wooden beams, to make the rooms unique, stylish, and cozy. Molten Brown toiletry products in the bathroom really up the luxury factor. It is the staff, however, who make the experience exceptional. Nicest people I have ever met in the hospitality industry. And, did I mention the free Wilbur chocolates at check-in. If you come during the Winter holiday season, their decorations will make you warm inside! We love this place, and at least twice a year for a relaxing retreat. Hilton brand done right. Thanks, guys.
