- JBJim BoxbergerNov 13, 20255.0Clean, friendly and close too everything. Nice pool, breakfast and rooms. Bed was a little rough, but to be fair my mattress at home is a high end memory foam, so most hotels won't compare. Hotel is pet friendly and they have ample dog walking areas.

- ACAllison CardaceOct 22, 20251.0My military husband and I both travel frequently for work so we stay in hotels a lot, and Holiday Inns are usually my favorite. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights while in town for a wedding - immediately upon entering the room, it was hot and humid, we adjusted the thermostat to cooler but the unit barely worked and you could not feel the fan 1 foot away. (Of note, the outside temp was only in the 40s so it was not a hot day). It was unbelievably cooler and had more air flow in the hallway right outside our room. We got zero sleep, and went to the front desk at 8am the next morning to ask to change rooms. We were told we could not as the hotel was completely booked, but the front desk employee assured us that maintenance would come in and replace the unit. That never happened! We arrived back to our room at 11pm and it was SO HOT and HUMID like a greenhouse, I cannot believe there isn’t mold on the walls. My husband suffers from mold/dust allergies and this unsafe air quality room made it difficult for him to breathe. We immediately packed up all our stuff, complained to the front desk who did nothing for us, and drove home 2 hours rather than spend another miserable night. My husband and I are both longtime IHG club members, and I think we deserve a full or at least partial refund based on this experience. Our 2-night stay of $508 was abnormally pricy compared to our numerous Holiday Inn stays, I am appalled by the air quality of this room and the way we were treated.
