  Negative 0! Where do I even start. During my stay not only have my partner and I experienced the filth from the rooms. But the pool had a dingy nasty film on it, clearly the filters there do not work and have not been fixed nor replaced. But our room had sheets that looked like they haven’t been changed, hair all over the bathroom floor and stains on the carpets! And to top it all off the lobby’s bathroom has POOP SMEARED ALL OVER THE ACCESSIBILITY BATHROOM. FROM THE SINK TO THE TOLIET AND OUT THE DOOR. This location and whoever runs it should ASHAMED for having such a disgusting establishment. I will be getting in touch with the owner. Hopefully something changed and if you think I’m lying here is the pictures to prove it! That’s not dirt there’s still piss in the toilet 👎

  The best hotel I’ve stayed at in area. Everything from the front desk, morning breakfast, and the room service has been nothing but top notch service. Everyone is kind and attentive to their patrons needs. Highly recommend!!!

  This was our first time staying in a recently renovated Holiday Inn Express. We wanted to really like it - everything was nice enough, but overall it just seemed okay. Pros: * Courteous, friendly, and professional check in - status was recognized, and it was great a key was already made for a room on the top floor as requested. * The room design was modern and inviting. Everything was also exceptionally clean, but most importantly it was extremely quiet at night, leading to peaceful slumber in the comfy bed. * There were plenty of outlets for devices, and enough closet and drawer space, plus a decent sized desk area. * We had a lovely view of the Limerick power plant. 😅 * The bathroom was a decent size, and the shower had great water pressure. Cons: * The room seemed a bit cramped with 2 queen beds, and could have used another lamp. * The internet speed was okay, but not great. * There was a flow restriction device on the bathroom faucet that was extremely irritating, making it a pain to fill the coffee maker, or even a cup of water. It can't possibly save that much money, and seems quite unnecessary. * The thermostat on the wall needs to have its offset adjusted, because it read 75 when we entered the room. At most the actual temperature was 69 or 70 degrees. * The breakfast was kind of meh, although the cinnamon rolls were delicious. The lack of a pancake maker was disappointing. If you want a basic, clean, modern, quiet, and reasonably priced room, this hotel would be a great choice! I'd absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn Express Limerick-Pottstown for a solid, but basic stay. However, in the future we'd probably want to try something different.

  Other than nails throught the parking lot this place was one of the best hotels I have stayed at as far as cleanliness and hospitality
