  Attempted to stay for a local project and woke up the 1st night to a bedbug. Immediately gathered my things and checked out. Man at the front desk proceeded to call me a liar. Felt seedy and more like a motel despite reviews. EDIT TO REPLY TO COMPANY RESPONSE: Mr. Patel, per my response via email. Bugs do not emit red blood when squashed, beetles have hemolymph which is white/yellow. The blood spot from me killing the bedbug is shown. I'll allow you all to put that together as to why there was blood. Please spend more time addressing the actual issue at hand at your establishment versus attempting to gaslight. I'm not asking if it was a bed bud. I'm telling you. Shameful, regardless of if you've become numb to the concept based on how you do seem to do business. If you're reading this and need clean accommodations the Springhill Suites down the road is great.

  Really nice and clean. The rooms are wonderful and cleaning services also . We love the coffee machine

  I will never stay here again. I have asked for the manager to contact me back. I have received no reply. I have been contacting holiday inn since Nov. I accidentally booked the wrong date. I canceled it right away. Then rebooked for the correct date. I never received a refund for the wrong date. I was told I would get a refund and then when called back they said they never said that. Very sad as I have stayed at this hotel multiple times but once I need customer service they are no help. Respondng back- I booked the hotel at 9pm back in November and canceled it at 9:01pm because it was the wrong month and date. I got an email that I would receive a refund and never got one. Since calling I was told the manager would call back and I have still yet to receive a call back. I booked again for the correct date expecting a refund for the honest mistake. Also, while speaking to customer service multiple times the most recent call I was told I would receive a refund because the hotel was never paid by booking.com. I should have recorded that conversation because after calling back to get them to put it in writing I was told they had no record of it and they couldn't do that. The professional thing would be for the manager to call me like I was told would happen multiple times.

  Bare minimum to keep up with other hotels as far as renovations. I have duct tape over outlets, switches that do nothing, a microwave that I had to Google to figure out how to use. Breakfast is iffy at best.
