- QBQamar BashirDec 1, 20251.0we drove all the way from syracuse New york ,we booked hotel room 3 days advance. came at front desk around 7pm. we had our birds (parakeets) with us very small tiny birds in cage and they stay in cage.we just moved to penn state so we didn't have any place to stay. they rejected us saying we don't allow pets, I booked the hotel on hotels.com and i searched every policy over there nothing was mentioned relating to pet policy , when I brought that up they simply said no we are not responsible as this is third party booking this hotel. so basically they didn't even let us stay for a night even though told them million times we don't have a place. no mentioned policy on hotels.com and they were not even willing to acknowledge for anything regatding to that just kept saying oh u should have checked FAQs in order to find this. so bad.
