- JLJames LodolceNov 17, 20251.0My stay 11/12-13/25 was a disaster. I give it minus 5 stars. The room carpet had been sprayed with a chemical, presumably for mold since it was on the ground floor. Within 12 hours I had a severe asthma attack that could have put me into the hospital. Luckily I had prednisone with me. 5 days later I am still recovering. I am mobility impaired and asked for a roll-in shower. On 11/13, after showering, I found the bathroom and foyer completely flooded, which required me to get onto hands and knees to mop up the water using all the towels in the room, then had to let it dry for an hour to avoid slipping and falling. I would never return to this hotel.

The bed (king size) was just a thin mattress on a wooden box base and was lumpy and hard as a rock. I could have pitched a tent and slept on the ground in more comfort!

- AHAnn H.Oct 29, 20255.0Love this hotel. It’s super close to Sesame Place. We had a great stay. The room is very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfy and ac runs great. Breakfast was good. They kept it fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed their chocolate milk. Their coffee machine is on 24/7. My only complaint is they have filtered water just in the fitness room. It would have been more convenient if it’s available right next to the coffee machine. Other than that, it was a great stay! Will definitely book again if we go back to Sesame Place!
