  Great few days at Holiday Inn. Clean hotel and rooms, spacious hotel with accommodating indoor pool and onsite restaurant/ bar. 10 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, premium outlets and plenty of establishment to grab a bite to eat. I definitely recommend, even though you pay for breakfast, it’s still worth it. I’ll be coming back !

  5-Star Review: Exceptional Service and Great Amenities! I’m having a fantastic stay here! If you’re looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons: Spotless Rooms: The first thing I noticed was how clean the rooms are. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable right away. Wonderful Staff: The check-in process was a breeze. The team at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming. In fact, everyone I’ve encountered—from management to the service staff—is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. Secure Parking: They do charge a parking fee, but at only $15, it is very reasonable for the area. Most importantly, it gives you peace of mind knowing your vehicle is secure. Great Lobby Perks: I love the selection they have in the lobby! They offer a great variety of drinks and ice cream, which is a perfect treat after a long day of traveling. Overall, the atmosphere here is great because of the people. Everything is well-maintained and the service is top-notch. I would definitely stay here again!

  Cons: 1. After we checked in and entered the room, the toilet was clogged and had poop in it. This indicates to me that the room wasn’t properly cleaned for our arrival. I asked the front desk for a new room due to my concern ,but they said they were sold out and unable to. Maintenance eventually came to fix it, but this was inconvenient since it was the only bathroom in the room. 2. There was loud drilling Sunday at 6AM which made it difficult to sleep. 3. Television channels were limited. 4. Pool was cold. Pros: 1. The staff were nice and allowed us to check out an hour later. 2. Housekeeping did come to refresh our room which was appreciated. 3. I did use and enjoy the pool. They had towels there which was a plus. I would suggest the hotel get longer towels. 4. Beds were comfortable. Overall, this hotel is overpriced. I was expecting it to be better for the price. This hotel is also older. It has thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, old carpeting, no central air, and no apps like Netflix or Hulu on the TV. I wish I stayed at the Marriott instead.

  From the moment we walked in, Kate at the front desk made us feel at home. She gave us a map of Lancaster and told us what to check out. We walked downtown to include the train station, baseball stadium and grabbed coffee at a local shop. Great suggestions by Kate, as we had nothing planned until the next day. We would stay here again in a heart beat, but Kate made our trip what it was. Explaining the parking and all the hotel has to offer! We will be back for sure. Thank you
