  Cancelled this hotel before my trip was over. Hotel looks more like a local spot for families and kids sports teams. Hotel was packed and looked dirty just from pulling into the parking lot. I'd say if you need a quick busy local spot this is for you. Not a place to stay if you're visiting for leisure.

  The hotel is good, to some extent. It snowed and they didn’t even clean it up, like okay I know it’s a lot and they can’t magically clean it all up but at least make it accesible, the handicapped parking is full of snow and even so they have the shovel out there like as if saying “if you want to, go shovel the snow yourself”

  A few weeks ago, I stayed at this Tru by Hilton in Lancaster. I must say, I was very disappointed with this Hilton property. It took a while to be checked in, as the clerk was chatting with another employee and I was never recognized as a Hilton Honors member. The hallway to my room was very dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed for some time. The bed was a mattress on a piece of plywood that made noise every time I moved and even though I was not facing the road, the room was very noisy. The breakfast was sub-par, and the brown sugar for the lukewarm oatmeal was hard as a rock both mornings. I filled out my questionnaire which I received a few days after my stay, and I asked for a follow-up. I never heard back from anyone!

  Location and check in service we're both excellent, issue come from poor cleaning. Carpets in hallways were filthy, pool area was just as bad, rooms lacked floor cleaning around furniture. If more attention were paid to basic floor cleaning it would be a 5 star review easy.
