The Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The road noise was horrible I had the worst time sleeping due to the semi truck noise. I wish I was offered a room on the back side of the hotel. Not very happy with this stay.

I reserved two rooms for October 8. My friend stayed in Room 308 and was bitten by bed bugs. The marks started to show up the evening of October 9th. I called Customer Service as well as the front desk at Tru by Hilton Friday morning and emailed the management. So far, there is no acknowledgement of bed bugs in that room. So be aware of your mattress that you sleep on!

Loved staying here! Customer service was efficient and kind. The whole team was so sweet. We came for a wedding and our guests were even able to hang in the lobby for a bit after the reception. We had a nice time!

I had to go to Lancaster for a work training recently, and my employer put me in this hotel for almost two weeks.
Room was clean, no issues and I can be picky. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Nice cold AC unit and flatscreen TV. No dirt, bugs, grime, spiderwebs etc. - it wasn’t 10/10 amazing, but it was a nice clean room. It didn’t feel like someone just slept there the night before and they wiped everything down in 2 minutes. They keep it pretty clean. Very doable.
Two elevators and big hallways so traffic was never an issue. They have a big lobby with a ton of seating for breakfast. I only had a bagel and OJ, but got coffee every morning. No complaints - coffee always fresh and hot. Based on all the people eating breakfast every morning I would say it’s safe to assume breakfast is pretty good.
The reason I wanted to write the review though was the staff is excellent. Always nice and polite, waved goodbye went I went out to work every morning and welcomed me back at night. They would make me fresh coffee at night if I asked.
I didn’t want housekeeping in my room during the stay and they would give me a bunch of fresh towels and wash clothes whenever I asked - I would leave some beer bottles and trash outside my door and they would come clean everything up.
Nice big parking lot, coin laundry with a lock on the door so randoms can’t go in. Every entrance to building other than front has a lock. Location is great, tons of stores within walking distance. No issues with loud guests I could hear thru the walls or anything like that. There’s a longhorn right next door and I went there quite a bit for dinner and drinks.
I would easily recommend this hotel to friends and family for the price. I would stay here again no problem.
