I visited with my kids, and from the moment we arrived, Shaimaa made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. She went above and beyond in every way — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her patience with my children and the way she handled everything with such grace made our stay unforgettable. Shaimaa is truly a gem, and Hilton is very lucky to have her. She represents the Hilton brand at the highest level, and guests like us absolutely feel the difference. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Our room was beautifully clean, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing night after a long day. The beds were cozy, the space felt fresh and inviting, and everything we needed was right there. My kids loved it, which made the stay even better. Because of Shaimaa and the overall experience at Spark by Hilton Lancaster, this hotel has become our first choice whenever we return to the area. We couldn’t have asked for better care — thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Angel at the front desk was super helpful and the breakfast staff were friendly and on top of refills and keeping things clean. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was decent but there were no hot foods beyond oatmeal and a microwave. It's also about 15-20 mins from Sight & Sound so it was a good stop for that. Everyone was friendly and service was great. Would def stay again.
