Nice and clean. Rooms are spacious. Everything was in good working order. Amenities are good, the breakfast is acceptable... decent variety for a free breakfast. One of the girls at the front desk was doing the minimum...not bad ...but not very friendly. We have stayed there before and will stay again.

Hotel looks to be relatively new. The room was really clean and has a great setup for getting work done. Nice price for the size of the room and the full fridge and microwave. I did not interact with the staff much but they seemed nice. Home2 suites is great for business trips but families stay as well. I could see this being 5 star but I will have to rate it 4 based off places I have stayed.

I have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for many years, and I fully respect that many hotels cannot check in guests under 18. My issue is not the policy, but how poorly this situation was handled. I booked one night for my 17-year-old son and his teammates for a soccer tournament. Before their arrival, I called Hilton Honors, clearly explained that my son is 17, and they confirmed it was fine as long as his name was added — which they added themselves. I also called the hotel the day before and spoke with Cameron, who confirmed he saw my son’s name and said everything was in order. When my son arrived, Cameron refused to check him in because he is 17 — the first time age was ever mentioned. He told me the only way he could access the room was through the Hilton app, but even after I completed the app check-in, he still refused to allow him in. I asked for a manager, and was told Stephanie was informed but “not available” to speak with me. No support or solution was offered. What made the situation worse was being accused of “jeopardizing the system” because of a supposed Family & Friends rate. Yes, I was added to Family & Friends a long time ago by a friend, but I rarely use it — and you must log in through Hilton Go to book that rate. This reservation was made normally through my regular Hilton app. The accusation was incorrect and unnecessary. In the end, I was forced to drive almost three hours each way — something completely preventable and extremely inconvenient. Six months ago, my son checked in at another Hilton with no issue, so the inconsistency was surprising. I respect Hilton’s policies, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I hope management reviews this matter so other families don’t go through the same experience. I do, however, have three sincere questions: 1- How was I “jeopardizing the system” if Hilton Honors themselves added my son’s name after confirming everything with me? 2- If this was truly an issue, why wasn’t it mentioned the day before when Cameron saw the reservation and said everything was fine? 3- Why was I told by Cameron the only way my son could get access was through the app, yet after completing the app check-in, he was still refused?

Great location. Very clean, staff friendly, nice pool. Very good morning breakfast. There is even a night light in the bathroom. Week days give you better rates.
