Came for a wedding and the hotel was lovely. Centralized location great, price not bad, we had a good view on the eighth floor of all the church spires in the city, and staff was helpful and kind. I almost missed cocktail hour due to bridesmaid duties but Q, the bartender, was super kind and made sure I got one squeezed in. The night concierge when we checked in, Lenon (I think that was his name), gave great recommendations on places to go. I would happily stay here again. I didn’t need a bunch of extra amenities - just a centralized location and a clean, comfy room, accommodating staff, and reasonable breakfast hours. And that’s what I got.

Pros the sheets and towels seemed clean. Cons: the fridge was barely cold. No freezer compartment. Ice machines may be difficult to find. They are only on every other floor and there is no sign in the hallway. You may walk the full length of the hallway before realizing that there isn't one on your floor. No microwaves in the rooms. There is one tiny microwave in the lobby to share. There are some dolllar store-ish snacks to purchase but do not think that it will be quick to warm up in the microwave and don't use the Keurig in your room for the cup of noodles. It will be coffee flavored beef noodles. The room did not feel clean, especially the bathroom floor. There was candy or a pill on the bathroom floor in the corner. The shower was functional, barely. If you had sand on yourself, the pressure wouldn't even rinse it off. During check-in, there was only one attendant working. There was a line quite often at the front desk. The lobby is pretty but don't look too carefully at the furniture. They are ALL stained. I was on the 6th floor but could still hear the beep of the crosswalk sign. It is pretty loud at night in the area, so i recommend bringing at least one noise machine to cancel out the yelling and really loud trucks acceleratoring at all hours. There isn't any paperwork or pad of paper in your room. Pay attention to the instructions at check-in because you won't find them anywhere else. AND do not waste your money on breakfast. There are plenty of coffee shops and bakeries around. Location is good, parking is expensive and the elevator was broken in the garage. It created a traffic jam in the 4 spaces available for loading/unloading.

I had a great experience until a clerk at the desk was accusing me of the room not being mine and the only thing i went up there for was my key to be magnetized again and then proceeded to send security with me up to my room to get back in the room . It was completely unnecessary and she was also acting like this towards a co worker accusing her of not looking at her ID. There were multiple employees there at the time for this event and she does not treat guest well didn’t catch a name buh it was the night of Nov 5th around 8-9pm . I hope this hotel deals with this immediately.

There are a group of employees who stand around the entry door area and smoke, one, they look so very miserable and it sets a poor tone to the environment when entering and two it smells like cigarettes when you're trying to walk in through that entrance but find yourself going to the front entrance to avoid the smoke and there are also children who shouldn't be subjected to second and third hand smoking. To top it off they don't wash there hands and the rat poisoning ( sionide) gets onto the hotel guests keys. The smoking by the side entrance creates a terrible atmosphere and they should sit by the dumpsters and smoke instead of near guests who value their health, appearance and well being!

On our wedding night, my husband and I made a last minute choice to get a hotel room and he picked this one. It was late at night and we didn’t expect the level of amazing service we got! The price was extremely fair and Kate at check-in was wonderful! Told us about the area and fun places we could go to the next day. She gave us a voucher for breakfast and wrote a sweet message on it. We unfortunately didn’t make it to breakfast but it is going in our wedding scrapbook!! Definitely the best hotel experience we have ever had 🖤
