The staff at this hotel is one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and ridiculous group of humans that I have ever come across. I was here for a wrestling tournament with a group of ~20 adults. It was about 6:00pm and we were sitting in the lobby area. After being told that outside food and drinks were strictly prohibited, we opened a tab at the hotel bar. Shortly thereafter, a member of our party was harassed for having a cup of coffee. The staff proceeded to refuse service to us and called the cops. Please do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel. Our group was harassed, our time was wasted, and the children of our group were traumatized that police had to show up

It was a wonderful stay! This place is not the "budget-friendliest" place out there, but it was one of the very few with the actual working restaurant, and let me tell you... We didn't even want to go anywhere else - the food was just SO good. Plus the service... Special props to our 4-day waitress Shana - her friendliness, attention to detail, and just good humor - what a sweet experience. All staff was exceptional, and the conditions were great! Thanks to all!!!

My only problems with this hotel were the beds. The mattress was slightly smaller than the frame, causing the mattress to slide around in the frame. Which resulted in quite a few leg hits on the Xposed frame. The other issue is one that I know can't be fixed but was still annoying. The layout of the hotel is horrible. We were on one side of the hotel but the only elevator was on the complete opposite side. It was a long walk through winding corridors where you really had to pay attention to the room number signs. Anyone who has trouble walking or has a lot of luggage should probably avoid this hotel if you end up on the second floor.
