Rooms seem smaller than average. Bathroom counter is barely large enough to fit everyday stuff, definitely too small to bring your clothes in there. Shower is narrow. My arms touched on both sides. Breakfast is good. But that is only upside. For the price of the rooms I was expecting it to be nicer.

Much gratitude to the exceptional staff at the Hampton Inn Lancaster. Our team was competing at Spooky Nook and needed a great local place to stay, and this property exceeded every expectation. Wesley, the Sales Coordinator, took care of our group every step of the way, making the entire process seamless. Our families were truly impressed with the outstanding customer service, convenient location, cleanliness, and the spacious rooms. A huge thank-you as well for locating an item accidentally left behind by one of our group members and returning it with incredible speed—above and beyond service. As a former event planner, I don’t say this lightly: this staff absolutely knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be back for future events.

The staff at this location are inconsiderate and unwavering. If you choose to stay here, make sure you pay EVEN more for the option to cancel your reservation. You must cancel your room 3 wks in advance to obtain your refund. The cancellation policy is absolutely ridiculous and the staff will not make any accomodations for you even if you had an emergency. Hilton customer service was amazing and disagreed with their rudeness and rigidity. They tried to move the reservation to anorher night and the Lancaster branch would not budge. They would not let me change the name on the reservation either and advised me that I would have to pay the full room cost to change my name for move the night. I have never encountered such a money hungry owner
