- NCNina Carney4 days ago1.0The staff at this location are inconsiderate and unwavering. If you choose to stay here, make sure you pay EVEN more for the option to cancel your reservation. You must cancel your room 3 wks in advance to obtain your refund. The cancellation policy is absolutely ridiculous and the staff will not make any accomodations for you even if you had an emergency. Hilton customer service was amazing and disagreed with their rudeness and rigidity. They tried to move the reservation to anorher night and the Lancaster branch would not budge. They would not let me change the name on the reservation either and advised me that I would have to pay the full room cost to change my name for move the night. I have never encountered such a money hungry owner
