The property itself is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean I loved getting warm cookies on arrival they were a very nice touch, my issue is they have some sort of construction happening on the 4th floor and me staying in room 3012 it sounded like they were right on top of us. On Feb 16th a Monday at 7:15am my family was awakened jarringly by the loudest noises and banging going on up stairs. By 10:45 I called the front desk to ask about the construction and was told it was supposed to be only from 10am-5pm but theres nothing they can do. She told me it was noted on their website. I let her know that I booked through Expedia as I am sure many people do and saw no mention of construction but also when I checked in for my stay at the front desk the lady made no mention of construction either. I asked to have our room moved to opposite side and was told no that it wouldn’t help and we have to just deal with it. I did mention that if I was informed about it and had the option I wouldn’t have stayed the second night or the first. We had to leave right then to get away from the resort till after 6pm to make sure they would be done. On Tuesday Feb 17th they started construction at 9:12am and we just decided to pack and leave. I’m on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation and paid $178 pernight for a room while traveling across PA on this leg of the trip and basically got ran out the building. I would NOT recommend staying there until any construction they have going on is complete. I will post on Google review and if they allow video I will up load my recordings

This is my second time here. First time was in 2023 and they were renovating the lobby area and there was a wedding. The wedding was loud and disruptive until 10 pm. Breakfast was in a conference room with impromptu tables and chairs. It was a weird experience back then. This time, it had improved. The lobby is finished and it looks nice and updated. Very modern. The restaurant is done and clean. Breakfast had some clean and relatively new silverware. The experience this time was at least better. The rooms are not done renovating yet and it is still outdated. As of this date, they are still working on Floors 4 and 5 and 5 has been closed off. I would be willing to come back after they are done with renovations. The location isn't too bad. It's great for golfing which I think is why people like coming here.

The hotel itself was wonderful—very clean and with so many great amenities for families. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of the front desk receptionist, Hope. She was extremely rude and dismissive toward my family. While I understand there were many children in the hotel and things may have been loud, my family was not involved in that situation. Despite this, her approach was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. The way she spoke to us was so upsetting that my daughter was left in tears. I addressed the situation with both Hope and security, but there was no remorse or attempt to resolve the issue. Had she spoken to us calmly and professionally, she would have realized that we were being respectful and considerate guests. It was disappointing that such poor customer service overshadowed what otherwise would have been a great stay.
