Place is awful. Last time I stayed there was about 10 years ago I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I’ve heard that they have done renovations. Nothing has been done. Still looks exactly the same. Dirty and bug infested. I spent almost 1,000 for 2 nights and wish I could get my money back never again. Walked into the room and there was a roach on the wall ants on the floor up by the bathroom. Carpet old and outdated walls need painting and room smelled musty. We met another couple there that also had a problem with ants. They changed their room and their new room had critters that were running up above the ceiling tiles that they could hear. This is supposed to be an all inclusive resort that I paid a lot of money for when I went to the bar the one night I specifically just wanted to order soda, which I got for free for breakfast and dinner when I went to the bar the lady asked me for my room number, which I thought was kind of strange when I got home. I looked at my credit card and she had charged me for the two sodas so much for an all-inclusive you couldn’t even get free sodas at the bar. Main pool was too cold and not many activities going on. Last thing it says on the rules that address for dinner is business casual they do not stick to that. People were in sweat, outfits, and sneakers. Place is a joke and complete waste of my money that I will never get back

Great resort if you are into a relaxing time with your better half. Lots of activities to do as a couple and plenty to do alone as well

Horrible experience, when we checked in we got a bare minimum description of any information that we needed for the stay and we were told that the only entertainment there "spooners" would be closed for one of the days that we were there (it was closed both days). We got into our room where we were met with most things covered in mold and layers of dust including the hot tub. Me and the wife went to the local dollar General to get cleaning supplies and scrubbed the tub and jets and so much gunk and mold came falling out that we could not get it clean enough for us to get in, plus we ran out of hot water. I let the staff at the desk know when I went to get more towels and wash cloths (because we only had 2) and she didnt seem too concerned about the dirty room, and let me know that the hot water was probably depleted and we'd have to wait 2 hours for hot water. The "porch" was disgusting so we didn't even try to go outside and the rug left our socks almost black because it was so dirty. The food was pretty much a school lunch at 5 star prices, and when we ran out of toilet tissue we were given a random roll of thick tissue that didnt fit the roll holder and clogged the toilet. I wouldnt recommend this place to my very worst enemy

Arrived to our room, no toilet paper or soap. No problem, we thought, things happen. So we just went to the front desk and they gave us some. Food…meh”. Over salted and over cooked The coffee packets with the sugar and creamer in our room were damaged by mice. Ewwww, mouse droppings and all Clearly the cleaning staff do a half ass job. We found little black ants in the bathroom. The parking lot has holes and as I was walking at night, I fell. The jacuzzi tub plug leaked so we could not get the tub to fill. Way too much money to pay for a sadly outdated room with amenities that don’t work. I would not recommend. The people were nice who work here and it’s location is in a beautiful part of PA.

The cafe near the game room was under construction so you had to order from the night club that didn't have the games etc so that kind of sucked we couldn't have drinks while playing games. Only 1 of 2 duck pin lanes were functional, games were missing pieces, seemed more like a day care arcade in a random room. The breakfast was terrible, terrible is an understatement. Dinner was good, didn't care for the dining room. Room we booked was really nice, overall clean and private so that was nice. We went to the night club for the scheduled activities and no one was there so we just got lunch. That sucked. Overall it was a decent stay but we left a day early due to being bored and crap breakfast - lost out on a partial refund bc I purchased non refundable. Oh well, just wish it was clear there were areas under construction as I wouldn't have tried this resort if everything wasn't available, won't be going back to this location. Front desk staff was very nice.
