Haven't been to this location in a while and let's just say it will be a long time before I go again or ir I go again. Had the heat on 90 because it was under 20 degrees this night and only the area where the hest was blowing was warm the rest was still cold. The pool and sauna area was cold as heck and the sauna never heated up enough to enjoy it. The server for dinner was the best person we ever talked to. I believe her name is Alicia from Philly. She was very helpful and gave some great recommendations on what was in the area for late night snacks.

Save your time and money and go to the other location. This one was disgusting, barley anything to do unlike the website says, the pool tables are uneven, the pool sticks have no tips, the bowling was down. Mini golf course is like 5 holes and looks like it's for a child. The "arcade" has about 4 games to play. The claw machine doesn't work. Our room was gross, went to get into the hot tubs and we turned the jets on all this black crap keeps coming out the jets we cleaned it ourselves 3 times to hopefully filter out all the gunk that was coming out. We decided to take a shower to clean up after the dirty hot tub. Well our shower nearly over flowed because the drain hasmt been cleaned in how long. Pain peeling from the walls. Dirt all over the floor. The dinner was awful. My lobster ravioli tasted very fishy. I only took one bit. My steak was half cooked.. the door to our room. Wouldn't close right. We had to slam it shut. And to open it we had to kick it open. The gift shop is really just apparel, the adult section barley had any toys or anything for couples
Which is odd considering it is suppose to an intimate resort. After reading reading the reviews we are not the only ones with these issues. Only thing nice about the place was the wings at spooners. The bar tender was nice but looked miserable. We went to the other location Cove Haven and we had no issues. We had a great time at that location
What was suppose to be a nice night for me and my fiance, turned into us leaving at 9pm and drove home. The manager was annoying about getting our money back
But thankfully we went through booking.com and our getting full refund!!
Please avoid this location!!
Also to add I only have 3 stars on location because it's 4 minutes from the casino and 15 from the tannersville outlets!!
I do have pictures of it all.
$600 a night is ridiculous for the conditions we were in!
Definitely visit COVEHAVEN

This was my fiancé and I first time visiting this resort. We were expecting to bring in the New Year 2026 with a great Champagne cabin and a lot of entertainment. The rooms were totally outdated, run down and there were hardly any entertainment. First, I would like to say the staff was amazing, Especially Liz, Huey and Matt. They really went over and beyond. However the rooms and resort is due for an are extreme makeover. Corporate charges a lot for this resort, but refuse to invest money to update the resort. The outside room doors look like an old outdated motel. We had to change our room 3 times because the bedroom ceilings were falling apart. Door knobs are out of place on the doors and the air ventilation system is absolutely terrible. Throughout the day the resort barely has entertainment for adults and some entertainment at night. Even when we pulled up at the resort there’s no sign to say Paradise Stream. We had to have our Uber driver wait while we walked in to confirm we were at the correct location. This resort can be a great resort if corporate would invest money to update rooms and bring in more entertainment. The resort only had a few guest and a lot were older couples. This resort property would bring in much more guests and younger couples if they would invest in upgrading.

My husband & I had a very enjoyable experience. This was our 1st time. There were a lot of happy repeat customers. The staff was very knowledgeable & helped everything run smoothly from check in to check out. The extra activities they had were a blast. It was a very mixed age group & nice 2 B around so many lovely couples. The weather was very cold, and there was plenty do inside but we ventured out & did some fishing & catching pokemon. . Was glad I took a throw blanket to snuggle on the couch by the fireplace. THE STARLIGHT CEILING & ❤️ SHAPE TUB was our favorite. Overall, it was a very romantic and relaxing stay.

Very disappointing experience. This property urgently needs renovation. The private pool in our room was not properly clean, with visible buildup and old stains. Only two towels were provided, with no extras available after using the pool.
The champagne tower was cracked and held together with electrical tape, which felt unsafe. The ceiling showed clear signs of water damage. On our second day, we completely lost water and couldn’t even take a shower, which led us to leave much earlier than planned.
Over $2,000 was spent on this stay, and it was absolutely not worth the price. For what is advertised as a romantic luxury getaway, the conditions were far below expectations.
