  Excellent stay! Beds were amazing and breakfast selection is standard but delicious. Travelling on business and will stay here again on my next trip.

  A hotel with 7 floors of very large, outdated rooms in many variations, amazing reception service with very accommodating and pleasant staff. Package reception service for guests. A nice breakfast, without vegetables, but with porridge, cornflakes, yogurt, various pastries, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs.

  Stayed with my wife to attend a rowing regatta on the Schuylkill River. When I saw we were in room 120 right off the lobby with a few teen basketball teams in the hotel I expected the worst: a loud, horrible night - instead we got a solid 3.5 star stay! THE GOOD: 1. Bed, sink, shower, toilet were all very clean 2. Room was fairly well insulated from noise from inside the hotel 3. good location - right off the interstate and across the street from King of Prussia Mall. Lots of food options in walking distance 4. AC was pumping the cold air - very nice temperature in the room (I like it cool) 5. great front desk staff! THE BAD: 1. noise from the highway was noticable all night, and the awesome AC was also quite loud 2. while the room was clean, it did have a somewhat dank odor 3. breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with refreshing the items (typical chain breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, breadstuffs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) 4. weird detail: the bathtowels were quite small 5. I applaud this establishment for not contributing to the plastic-waste problem, but be aware there is no in-room coffee (it's in the lobby and it is GOOD) THE LOWDOWN: I'd come again if it were the lowest-price option (as it was this time), but probably wouldn't seek it out over other options.

  Was there for 3 days and the staff was AMAZING!! The front desk staff are very friendly,,and helpful!! Monica was so sweet, proactive and helpful with what was happening in my family situation and not many people are as supportive as her. She's a one in a million and Holiday inn Express is very lucky to have such an amazing employee like her!! Definitely will be coming back if ever need to

  When I called here and spoke to a very lovely young lady, she failed to mention this is located behind a Hooters. Having traveled OMNI, Westin, Marriott…… 1) I would have never ever in my wildest, most outlandish, in my right Mind made a reservation here. Not ney nudder never. 2) Ratchosity is not in my DNA 3)The toilet, not only did not flush when you flushed it, but it flushed all night, Try sleeping through that, oh I didn’t. I just couldn’t wait for first light. I was so close to making a reservation elsewhere and going to stay there leaving the shoebox empty. 4) Seven floors, one working elevator, that sounds like a Osha violation to me 5) I was under the impression popcorn ceilings were a fire hazard 6) if I was anything above 5’7”, I would have to duck as I’m walking through the hallway and duck to get in the room because the ceilings are so low. A toddler could stand on your tippy toes and touch it. I petitioned the Brand (IHG) to offer an option in the mobile app where a location can be removed, similar to the ability to favorite And I almost always petition Google for the ability to NOT shade any ⭐️. I almost forgot the TV is like something out of an old school nursing home, it was so small. At what point do we call a 13 inch TV a monitor?? and of all the television program watching options they had the low budget basic DIRECTV. So basically channel 3, 6, & 10 and reruns of Gilligans Island, how many times can you watch Iron Man without wanting to?
