Not worth the price. The room that we stayed in was super dusty, bathroom was nasty and the mini fridge had dirty fingerprints all over it. I was expecting sm more for a 4 star hotel. Drove my allergies crazy ruining our valentines gateway. Also very loud neighbors and not a smoke free environment lol

Probably the worst hotel I stayed so far. Personal ex extremely rude, they have no idea what they are doing, it took 2 hours to get the room even it was booked. Stay away.

Great service great clean place polite staff. Still kinda creepy with the fake smiles. I wish hotels told their workers it's ok to lightly smile or at times have a straight face lol just don't walk or stand around with a frown. Cause mannnnnnn is it creepy when they have these huge smiles we all know aren't real. But yes besides the creepy smiles absolutely wonderful stay

The bar and restaurant (Hammer and Fire) are the best part of this hotel beyond the location in proximity to where I work. I have complained about the noisy pipes in the morning (5:30) yet the problem continues. They need better lighting in every room as the dim yellow is old school.
