The rooms look really nice, but this is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel and been genuinely worried that the room was not actually cleaned between guests. We got the 1 bedroom suite. I checked in through the app and immediately had to call the front desk to have someone come up to clean the toilet as there were very obvious dried pee spots on the seat. It was pretty dark/hard to miss so they clearly just didn't look. We made do with the rest of the filth on the bathroom sink. I found a dried cut flower stem sitting on the chair at the kitchen island. There were obvious handprints on the shower glass. I lifted up the sheets to check for bedbugs and the stains on the mattress were a little horrifying, but looked like probably food stains. There were some hairs under the top sheet. We slept for about 5 hours and left asap in the morning.
We liked the convenience of having a parking lot since we drove there, and the staff was very friendly. We didn't use the market but it's a nice amenity, and the lobby looked and smelled fantastic. However, the lack of cleanliness in the room will prevent us from ever staying at this location again.

This was the dustiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Service was great and overall for a double tree it was very nice. Just can’t get over the airborn dust in the air I breathed in for 4 days straight. Other guests I was with said the same thing.

Found a live tick on a fresh towel during a stay at this hotel last summer. I informed the staff of this and was told "someone would reach out to me" but I never heard anything from the hotel. The rooms aren't as nice as pictures show. The property did not seem safe at night, very limited parking and the only parking that was available was next a group of cars filled with people smoking, looked like a drug deal. I would avoid this place and hilton hotels in general

This place is amazing, I had a bad situation with a Airbnb and with no hassle or thought Heather at the front desk solved everything. From just talking to assisting me with a room, joking with me about the snow storm that was rolling in, SHES amazing. I will for sure be back for future stays, rooms are spacious and super clean and elegant also.
