The hotel is a peaceful place to relax and reflect. The customer service is outstanding. A kind lady helped me resolve an issue with my room reservation, allowing me to extend my stay. Breakfast is complimentary with a nice variety, and Doña Carmen went above and beyond—she even took a moment to pray for my safe journey home and offered me a small token. Their warmth and care made my stay truly memorable. I am very happy with my stay and it is official—whenever I am in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this will be my go-to hotel.
