  We come here once a year for family vaca. Always our go to spot. Charmaine is helped us and she’s such a delight. Also the breakfast crew is always so accommodating and helpful. We always have a blast. The rooms are great and so comfy and clean! See yall next year. Thank you :)

  I was in town for training/business. I got an odd number room on the 3rd floor, the expressway is right outside the building. Had a very hard time sleeping. Went down to the lobby at 5 am and lanyah (unsure about the spelling) she was a sweet heart. She was able to switch my room to the other side of the building. Couldn't hear the expressway. She was happy to assist me. The service and front desk both day and night shift were too notch. I give service 5 stars. If you do stay here I'd recommend even number rooms. But big shout out to lanyah. Thank you so much.

  Rooms are spacious and clean, service is great, everyone friendly and happy to help. Had to head out on the weekend before breakfast but still had plenty of hot coffee. Right next to the mall.

  The service from the Puerto Rico/Latin workers at the front desk is very concerning for a property under the Hilton name. They do not seem to remember who is staying in their hotel. They ask to see your ID for extensions, because they do not realize the person who is extending has already been in this hotel, and his ID has already been checked. But they do not understand that, they want to check the same person‘s ID every day for 30 day due to lack of attention on the job . However, I’m glad to inform that this type of behavior is not from all the employees of the hotel, it is only the two Latin / Puerto Rican workers who works the dayshift at the front desk. I urge the management to send them for training on customer service if they want to keep employing them under the Hilton name.

  Buena ubicación y más económico si piensas visitar y quedarte cerca del mall de King of prussia, puedes llegar fácilmente caminado en 5-10 minutos a la primera sección y en menos de 5 manejando. Amplio estacionamiento, cuartos limpios, buen servicio.... No hay alberca eso para nosotros le quita valor pero lo peor es que si quieres descansar este no te lo recomendamos por que esta a un lado del turnpike, y cerca de la salida así que pasa mucho trailer y estos Al bajar la velocidad con motor el ruido es muy excesivo. Otro detalle esta en el aire acondicionado del cuero z no lo puedes apagar así que solo puedes estarlo a la temperatura deseada.
