On the weekend that I was there we had 3 coach buses and many large vans. So the hotel was full. Only one elevator worked and it was slow as Moses. The stairs go to the outside and not into the lobby. Went down to eat breakfast Saturday at 6:30 and the lobby was full because people had to leave early and wanted breakfast. Well no breakfast till 7am. The hotel was contacted and asked if breakfast could be ready at 6:30 but they said no. They just want there money and don’t care.

Coffee grounds in shower...don't know why because there's a coffee machine with pods. Room wasn't serviced on days after check in. Had to request towels. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

We had a good stay here. Rocky beginning as the first room assigned to us was locked from the inside. Then when we were reassigned, the second room had a fire alarm that was chirping every few seconds. And unfortunately the 3rd room we were assigned didn’t have a king bed like we had paid for. But in the end we had two clean and comfortable queen beds to sleep in and the room was quiet, comfortable, and while very basic, it was good for our needs.

Review from a client that stayed here in August 2025: The value for this hotel was 5 stars. It is a budget level property. Our check-in person was in training and had a hard time solving a problem. Our travel agent had requested and received an early check-in. Due to traffic problems, we arrived after normal check-in and only one of two rooms was ready. Once the manager heard "travel agent", all was taken care of easily. And the original person was very apologetic and nice. The suite had the sofa bed in a separate room which is exactly what we wanted. The sofa bed needed a topper which we brought from home to be comfortable. The bed was firm and to our liking. The air conditioning system was excellent, the room was clean and in good condition. We were given 1 towel for 3 people--easily fixed by asking the cleaner for more. The free breakfast was okay--nothing special but the coffee was excellent and available all day. The location was great. We were there to sleep only and it served our needs. In the area, we went to Escape Room Mystery. Super well done and if you like this type of activity, not to be missed. And 5 minutes from hotel.
