No space for bags or luggage . Ended stay early. Staff was very nice and helpful but unfortunately they don't have rooms that can accommodate families. Room was very abused. Stains on walls etc. Location is good though.

The lobby is very modern lots of convenient areas to sit and also workstations where you can have your computer. The convention area is also nice And spacious. As for customer service, everybody is extremely polite and kind and so is the housekeepers. I always stay in a two bed room in the room also has plenty of space for a nice oversized chair and ottoman next to the window. The room comes with the refrigerator, which is amazing a nice dresser. As for the bathrooms, they have everything you need lotion, hand soap next to the sink most hotels do not have hand soap and lotion connected to the wall in the shower. They have bottles connected to the wall for shampoo conditioner, and also shower gel.Everything is up-to-date and for the people who are complaining about things in this hotel for the price the hotel is amazing if you want to complain, maybe you should spend five or $600 and stay in a five star hotel. Period.
