I could hear everything the people next to me were saying and they were just talking normal. Service was good though. People are very nice. Good place for events because the ballroom is nice. Great location. I don’t get the vibe that this place is very clean.

Plenty of comfortable seating and great viewing for all. I was less impressed with the 'lunchroom area ' were our meal was setup. The aisles leading to the buffet area were narrow, and situated along the seating areas. It felt cramped and uncomfortable until the lines eventually went down. The food was fine, but not exceptional. They could use more and larger elevators to access the lower level where our sessions were held. Parking was plentiful. The facility was attractive and very clean. Bathrooms were very nice and were kept clean.

I can only hope future events (I organize them around the country) will be as easy as Ian, Chelsea and team made it! Cannot forget to mention the fabulous front desk crew. Really made our guests happy!
