If biking is more your thing, check out the Lebanon Rail Trail that you can access at the State Park and ride all the way back to across the street from the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the small talk with him. I travel a lot, and this was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel.
