- DADan Allis5 days ago2.0After working out in the elements, a 4 hour drive, all I wanted to do was get checked in and get a hot shower. We'll there was NO HOT WATER. Called front desk, they sent maintenance up and they proceeded to tare apart the shower facet and make adjustments. Still no hot water and was told there won't be any hot water as the system temp apparently is set no higher then 120 degrees. No complimentary coffee unless it's within their set hours for coffee. Hallways where not clean nor elevators or floors. Room was fair. Needless to say, I WILL NOT RETURN!

When you are staying in a hotel for multiple nights having a microwave is such a must!! They do offer one in the lobby, but as a customer, that is such an inconvenience!! Very disappointed Holiday Inn!!
