  Terrible service. Booked 2 nights for weekend after Christmas to visit family and day of travel my dad broke his hip so I had to cancel. No help from the staff and they refused to give a refund or credit. Talked to multiple people and manger was “off”. Don’t go here

  After working out in the elements, a 4 hour drive, all I wanted to do was get checked in and get a hot shower. We'll there was NO HOT WATER. Called front desk, they sent maintenance up and they proceeded to tare apart the shower facet and make adjustments. Still no hot water and was told there won't be any hot water as the system temp apparently is set no higher then 120 degrees. No complimentary coffee unless it's within their set hours for coffee. Hallways where not clean nor elevators or floors. Room was fair. Needless to say, I WILL NOT RETURN!

  Rooms were clean and well kept. Was under remodeling during my stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurant attached is a huge plus. Great service and food.
