The desk manager contacted the general manager and within 20 minutes my issue was completely resolved. I've stayed at shoddy hotels before that don't give a Hoover Dam about you after you swipe the card, so it was nice to be cared for like this. I can't thank Mel and company enough for the truly five star experience. I will certainly be back again!
