  Nice hotel! Enjoyed our stay! Room was spacious and clean. Lady at front desk was so helpful and friendly. We were there for one night but decided to stay an extra night. Had no problem extending our stay . Breakfast was so good and service was excellent. Nice heated pool area with hot tub and fire pit with seating area. Was in the middle of town, could actually walk to shops and restaurants. Was a great stay!

  We went for my moms birthday weekend and it was absolutely AMAZING. The hotel, staff, rooms everything was hands down 5 stars. The decor is exactly what is shown on the website, a nice rustic country vibe, so clean ,cozy and spacious. Its also close to local restaurants and shops. I requested early check in and they delivered , we checked in at 12noon and Jessica at the front desk was WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL with local suggestions. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Lancaster. The pool was heated and hot tub is spacious. Overall and amazing weekend at the Best Western Plus in Lancaster. Im obsessed with the decor ! Round of applause to the design team. Thanks to all the staff for making things awesome!

  Very clean, comfortable and feels cozy. The breakfast Is included and with many options. It is close to shopping and kitchen kettle village is right across the street. We stay here a couple times a year .

  The Best Western is always the choice of accommodations when my husband and myself choose to spend the night in Lancaster, PA. The hotel is a great location to all the offerings Intercourse, PA has to offer and is within walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and other local shops. If I could give some feedback on improving this hotel it would be: 1) Training front desk staff more during the check in and check out process to be warm and welcoming. During our check in process I had held the room with one card and wanted to pay with a different card. Without confirming if I had wanted to use the card on file (as they previously had done in the past) the front desk agent (who said she was new) willingly just authorized the card without double checking with us, the guests. As a Training Coordinator in the hospitality industry at a five star beach front resort, this is key with any training. Jessica who had assisted this other front desk agent with this was of great help and made it right but this still left a sour taste in my mouth. Your front desk agents need to be the most welcoming and accommodating and need to exhibit high standards when talking with guests on the phone and not try to get off the phone if guests are asking questions about their stay. 2) Increase your variety of breakfast foods. Guests who stay at your hotel and are repeating guests look for more variety other than the same choices each time aside from rotating between the breakfast meats.

  We had a wonderful experience here! We had 12 rooms and a group of 43 people. All things are A+. Check-in, cleanliness, comfort, parking, smell - all were great. Thank you for taking such pride in your property. A beautiful farmhouse/barn motif makes this hotel uniquely beautiful
