  A++ had the best time with my family. Place was beautiful, well manicured and staff was extremely friendly, especially Jessica. Will be back. Family had so much fun. I give full recommendation to anyone who wants stay in this area.

  I was so pleased both with hospitality and decor, place is clean and beautifully designed. They use real plates and silverware in kitchen area, huge plus for my family would does not want to put more disposable stuff in a landfill! All staff swift, tidy and personable, they say hello and how is your stay? I will come here every year with my family, pool area is outstanding....thank you to the owner for caring about all the details of an excellent experience 😊

  This hotel was beautiful, with the most friendly staff. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub were great in a separate building. The location is great for visiting the town shops. Two Cousins delivery had great food that came right to our hotel door room. We will be back for sure. Great place!

  We enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The room was clean and cozy with an outside balcony. My husband and I loved the steaming hot filtered water accessible to us anytime in the lobby. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The hot sausage was delicious although the following morning bacon was not so good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

  Just want to start off by saying that our stay here was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a hotel. When we first walked inside to check in (pretty late at night) we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and was quickly able to get us checked in. All of the staff were really inviting and helpful through our stay. The room was a good size, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Seemed like the hotel went through a recent renovation and everything looks new. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was perfect. The best thing was the area the hotel was located, its a great little town with downtown Lancaster being just 15min down the road. The whole experience here was great and highly recommend if you want to visit the area. 10/10
